Convenient location, short walk to a popular beach. Pet friendly was a bonus. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, which is important on the coast. And I hope they can keep the evening chili as a regular thing. It was pretty decent chili.There’s also a nice lake side park just across the driveway. The balcony was a nice touch.

Free breakfast is basically what you’d expect. Nothing fancy, but filling.

We've stayed at Choice Hotels for years. Even during C-19 the hotel staff was kind, helpful, efficient and informative. This Comfort Inn & Suites is a favorite because it's near Kyllo's restaurant (great seafood & dessert) with the ocean right off the "D" inlet and in walking distance to the beach.

Some pet owners could do a better job with wet paws and hair left in elevator. The hotel has enough cleaning up after messy humans. The staff deserve a huge THANK YOU for their tireless efforts in seeing guests are comfortable and satisfied.

The bed was very comfortable, hot tub was hot, chili every evening was excellent and warm cookies every afternoon. I was a little worried because of the previous reviews but was very pleasantly impressed. Staff was great, especially the afternoon shift front desk person was awesome. Pretty decent breakfast also. Everything looked and felt clean. We will definately stay here again.

I didn't care for the faucet in the bathroom. Had to be very careful when turning it on because it sprays everywhere. There was a medium sized spot on the carpet just as u walk in.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good as well.

We have stayed there a couple of times now and was always comfortable but this trip was a little disappointing. The room we stayed in was roomy and had a view of the ocean from the balcony but the carpet had a terrible smell, even my husband commented on it. Smelled like dirty socks or something, It was just unpleasant. My husband said he didn't want to stay there again if he has to put up with that kind of lack of cleaning 😒 But other than that, our stay was ok. Thank you.

Loved the room and layout! It was so close to everything and an easy walk to the beach. Staff was super friendly. Nice amenities! Got a free room upgrade. We didn’t bring our dog, but we loved that it was a pet friendly hotel! 10/10 would go again.

Some parts of the room made creaking noises like it was going to fall through the floors. Elevator scared us a bit. Loved the balcony, but not the view of the back parking lot. Went on the weekend so it was a bit more expensive.

The rooms at the Comfort Inn are always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The temperature of the room is enjoyable. The linens and towels are a nice quality.

We understand about staffing shortages. We would prefer having our rooms refreshed daily though. The breakfast could use some attention. 2 mornings on our recent stay the kitchen staff ran out of eggs. The coffee is not a good grade. For the size of the property the breakfast room is small and not enough room to get around with all the food/drinks in a small straight line area. Perhaps having the food counter area away from waffle machine and having coffee /beverage area away from food counter area.

The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom even though it wasn't clean our heater wasn't working right The fireplace didn't work right

Fireplace didn't work there was little things that should have been done in the apartment or fixed where there was mold or paint chipping or just touch up stuff general maintenance that could have been done a little bit better but otherwise everybody's personality was amazing and it wasn't okay trip overall it was just me and my son who's nine so that was fun but for value I think it could have been a little better

The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. They also offered great suggestions for things to do in Lincoln City. The breakfast staff were also great, and kept the dining area very clean as well. I was all around impressed!

The pool was out of service on our second day. This was a bummer for my kids, since it's too cold out to be in the ocean.

Staff was professional, hard working, and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was consistent and nutritious. It offered a nice variety of food options. The room was comfortable. I loved having access to a pool and a fitness area.

Facility needs an uplift. The pool and hot tub has some rust and what looks like mold on the ceiling. There were no robes to wear to and from the pool.

Staff was wonderful. We travel with my ESA dog and with showing my registration card they waived the pet fee. Breakfast had a huge assortment of food. Beds were very comfortable and lots of channel options on the tv. Pool was nice.

Hot Tub has broken jets (all jets are broken and I saw something about this on a prior review which means it’s been that way for a bit), the hot water was still nice but it was disappointing. Parking design is HORRIBLE!!! I don’t even know how to explain it till you see for yourself. Would like to see them get rid of the old carpets in the rooms… just not a fan of carpet in hotels as we all know they don’t get deep cleaned.
