It was right at the airport so that was great! I got the inside room so that gave more privacy than facing the main airport corridor. It's a neat place, the staff was nice and I arrived late at night but it was easy to find. It's good for a overnight transit when i had to be on the next flight early morning so I didn't have to leave the airport

There's no bathroom for the sleep pod. The closest bathroom is the public one down the corridor in the terminal. It's still close enough but yea. The walls were quite thin as I was able to hear the whole conversation next door was having, so for people who are light sleepers, it might not be good. But it was ok for me.

Perfect stopover at Noi Bai Airport T2 location for short stopover for connecting flight. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Better advertising of location. No shower facilities. There is a restroom 🚻 nearby for use.

Really handy place to rest found it very easily and was a sight for sore eyes when arriving in Hanoi at 2am. As a solo female traveller it was great to have a place to stay that meant I didn’t have to leave the airport at that hour in the morning. Didn’t really speak to any staff but the pod was very clean and quiet with earplugs in, would recommend

No shower or toilet you have to use the airport facilities but it is what it is!

We were in transit to Laos, arriving in HaNoi at 10.30 pm & flying out at noon the next day, so it wa# great not to have to leave the airport.

It would b3 great if there were shower facilities.

For short turn around times this is a great option. You go into knowing there is no shower and toilet and yes there is a little bit of noise but mainly from others snoring. it was better then some Hanoi hotels for noise and overall it surpassed my expectations. The reception people were the nicest and so happy to talk

The pods are well kept and clean. Perfect for when you have a long layover or when you have late/early flights. We managed to get a great night's sleep and woke up all refreshed. The staff on duty Ms Chen was very friendly and helpful. The restroom is right around the corner in front of the pods. How to find the pods. In T2, you get past immigration then take your bags from the lower floor and cross customs. You go back up to 2nd floor and follow signs for luggage hold. The pods are opposite to that.

The pods should have an hourly based system for rent as well. Would make it a lot more useful. The directions to the pods are lacking. There are no signs at all.

The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice plus. Environment is easily controllable with the Air Conditioning in each room. Plus, there was a fan, which was nice and offered a little white noise to help me sleep. Also they left snacks and water for the stay.

There is no shower and the rest rooms are a short walk down the hallway in the airport. This was not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have a restroom facility inside the pod area. The walls are thin, so you can sometime hear wall bumps from the other guests, and any talking from people walking down the hallway in the airport. But this also wasn't a big deal for me.

My brother and I arrived very late and were supposed to take our next flight at 6 in the morning. We falsely booked a sleeppod in the wrong location (terminal 2). Despite our mistake with the booking, the receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic about finding a solution that is convenient for us. Instead of sending us to the planned sleeppod that was 2 km away, she managed to organise a stay close to our connecting flight. Thanks to Ms Thu (and the housekeeping lady) for the excellent service. She was very patient, professional and kind even at this very late hour! :)

Exceptional services and professional reception from Xuan. She is so caring and very nice to give me useful information from check-in, choice to stay Sleep POD T-2, correct checkout time and free shuttle bus from T2 to T1. I will surely stay here on my bext visit to Hanoi.

Xuan as the best receptionist i ever met in all my visit to most countries. And the location of the pod in the airport close to bathroom and eatry are just stone-throw from each other. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable.

Very convenient place to stay if you have a long lay over or an early flight like I did. The beds are comfy, the staff showed us to our pod and provided bottles of cold water and some chocolate upon arrival. Easy check in The pods have plenty of plug sockets and lights and a TV. It's surprising quiet from the hustle and bustle of the airport. The toilets are just around the corner and because it's at one end of the airport they aren't really sued by many people other than those staying in the pods.
