The hotel was very clean, comfortable, it is right next to a highway but it is verg well insulated and the room was really quiet so we could rest properly. The staff were exceptionally accomodating, helpful and kind. They provided a la carte breakfast as well as buffet, and they drove us to the airport for no extra cost. 100% recommended!

We arrived to Hanoi in the evening and our next flight was at 6am next day . So decided to stay somewhere nearby. This hotel is maybe 5-7 mins drive from/to the airport.. You can book an airport shuttle for 150k round trip. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft. The bathroom was a bit old but yet very clean and neat. No mold or smell. Overall, if you need to stay a night before your flight, this is the perfect place to do so. A thing to keep in mind. As it was my first time in Vietnam, I didn’t know that you can’t pay thro the app, and you need to have cash on you. I don’t know if it was my card problem, of the thing in Vietnam as other places I stayed in after also asked me to pay with cash.

Clean, comfortable modern room. Close to airport, far from city. Area appears a dive but hotel is modern enough and you will be resting before flight. It was good they have a shuttle to airport even early. Solid overnight airport hotel stay.

Tv was only youtube, no tv channels. Bath nice but filling it with hotwater in Vietnam is a challenge with the small size of their hotwater tanks. No dining options really sucked. No options at all. You can't eat anywhere its not a great area and you don't want to get sick before flight. It's also far to any mall or city. We had cracker and cheese we brought. Breakfast we didn't have time but appreared to be only Vietnamese options i suspect come from local vendors.

The facilities were new, Rey clean and comfortable (most comfortable bed I had in ten days in Vietnam, including at a spa), the staff was super attentive, they made us a delicious breakfast at 6:30 and then drove us to the airport just minutes from the hotel. Exactly what we were looking for as we were coming back from Hi Gang late and had an early morning flight the next day. Highly recommend it for folks in similar situation. Much better than having to get up super early in Hanoi and drive an hour to the airport!

Fantastic room (2 huge - very comfortable - double beds, with spotlessly clean room and well equipped bathroom - Jacuzzi even!) with all the necessary mod cons, alot more than I was expecting for a quick stop over airport hotel. Certainly for the price this was undoubtedly the best hotel I stayed in during my entire Vietnam vacation. Although not used, breakfast was offered and a ride to the airport also provided within the price. Exceptional room and service.

Absolutely nothing. unless you want to be next door to the airport, I see no reason not to totally recommend this hotel. The location is a little away from most things (5 mins from airport - 40 mins to town). But for the price you can stay here and travel wherever you want for a lot less by taxi.

We booked a double room and on arrival were given a family room with bath instead. The room was huge with 2 big double beds and lots of storage space for luggage. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything you would need such as fridge, hairdryer, slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was also big with good hot shower and although we didn't use, the option of a bath with jets. The hotel is a short drive from the airport and they provide a free shuttle back to the airport. The free breakfast was simple but nice. The staff although limited English were very friendly and tried to help the best they could.

The room had a slight smoky smell as if the previous guest had been smoking in room. The smell wasn't terrible but unpleasant enough to notice. Open shower so the floor gets soaking after use.

The staff at the hotel is just great! As soon as I have arrived, the receptionist ran to open the taxi door and to take my luggage. He supervised me to the room, showed everything, and after 10-15 min he came back with welcome fruits, cookies, and hot tea. The room was large, with two queen beds. Instead the bathtub there is a jacuzzi :) In the morning I got a tasty breakfast I ordered the eve before, and there was a free shuttle back to the airport. The surrounding aria is so so, but if you are coming over just to stay overnight, then the place is just right for you.

Firstly, I would like to say that my scoring is based on it being an 'airport hotel' for a stopover before early morning flying. On this basis I have given the hotel a high score as I was very surprised by how nice it was, the room was very comfortable and clean with a great shower. There were all amenities available to me and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even organised a free airport transfer. If you have an early morning flight the next day or are in between travelling and need a stop over then I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We did not have breakfast there. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning. The bed was comfy.

There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee or milk for a cuppa. It was a little like a disabled room where there was no actual shower enclosure, so when you showered the toilet, bath, all floor was wet. Had to make sure we removed the toilet paper first.....The bath was a nice touch but not needed as only staying one night before flying out. Would have preferred an enclosed shower. That's just me...
