The suite was perfect for our family which includes two toddlers and had everything necessary to store and prepare snacks/meals for them. Everything was clean and kitchen items were easy to locate in the cabinets. Everything was clean and fully stocked from dish soap to the soap dispensers in the shower stall. I am used to having a check out time of no later than 11am so when we were informed check out was at 12pm, my husband and I personally felt that was a huge positive because it allowed us to get our family ready without feeling rushed (that extra hour does go a long way). The process during breakfast was efficient with staff taking quick action if they saw a disruption in the flow of traffic through the breakfast line. The food was up to par with what one would expect in a continental breakfast.

This is not a huge negative, but it did seem a bit crowded in the eating area during breakfast hours. It was almost as if the area did not match the amount of people that should be expected considering it services two hotels in one building. The coffee station area was also overwhelming because, again, with so many people there probably should have been two separate stations to avoid overcrowding.

Location was great- we had an event at the Amway to attend and it took less than 1/2 hour. Mall of Millenia is right across the highway. Breakfast was great- kids loved making their own waffles. Pool was nice and clean. Room was spacious, clean and had all the comforts and amenities we were needing! Beds comfortable! Would definitely stay here again- hopefully will have more time to enjoy next time! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a slight wet dog smell in the hallway. Didn’t like the $15.98 fee to park my vehicle on site.

Everything was very clean and the staff was more than accommodating. The room was extremely spacious. I will stay here every time I visit Orlando from here on out.

I feel silly even writing this complaint, but this just shows that there was nothing else to complain about. While taking a shower, the water would drip from the shower head and land on the metal plate or cover over the shower drain and make an annoying dink sound. I like the attempt to use a modern drain cover and the shower itself was nice, but maybe replace this with a different cover. But like I said, that was not really a big issue and really the only thing I would say I had an issue with at all. This hotel was incredible for the price.

The only uncomfortable thing we can say is that no one greets you when you walk into the hotel. We were the ones that did the greeting and thought that was odd. OTHER THAN THAT... best hotel, feels homey and cozy, exceptionally clean. Great stay as always.

Staff was amazing, they were super friendly and polite. The hotel was also super clean and organized. As for the room it was quite spacious, I was surprised. It had everything for a long stay, but that wasn’t my case. Also it’s very well located in a safe area right in from the Mall at Millenia. Bed, shower and everything else was fabulous.

They say they offer complimentary breakfast but that’s just coffee and nothing else. Although it’s a nice touch it’s not really a breakfast.

Great location for shopping at Mall at Millenia and travelling to Universal/I-Drive area. Walking distance to the Mall, in fact. We were 3 adults in one studio with 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 nights and for an Orlando parks holiday where you're barely in the room, it was fine. We really enjoyed having the kitchenette area and the bathroom is super spacious. Loved the swimming pool and the fact it's heated and open late (at 10pm we were swimming after an afternoon at Universal)! Breakfast included, great value for money with make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bagels, scrambled egg, sausage patty plus juices and coffee - everything you'd want. Great stay that met all our needs!

The only thing to comment on is that there's not a safe in the room. Reception did say you could leave valuables with them but it was our choice not to, so we took passports out with us. Very small detail. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

They did find me a nice quiet place to recover from the concert that we came from. The room was Spacey and very clean.

Pool space could have been bigger and a hot tub would have been nice.

Reasonably priced room service. Location. Nice facilities. Breakfast was very nice.

Being down 2 halls to get to my room. Pool closed at 11 and should be much later for guests coming back from dinner and theme parks. Paying to park on site.

The property was clean, smelled great, staff were welcoming. The rooms were HUGE. I was not expecting a mini kitchen for the price for the hotel I figured that would be way more in price for that type of suite. Overall great! would stay again in a heartbeat and probably will!

nothing. only thing would be fluffier pillows as I had to fold them in half for height but nothing that would stop me from recommending or going again!
