Loved the area, the complimentary breakfast with a variety, the noon check out, how nice the hotel looked they even had ice machines on every floor next to the elevator and our room had a kitchenette. I asked for a high floor and it was given the staff was always welcoming. It's right across the street from dezerland and fun spot and you can see both as well as the volcano from volcano Bay and some roller-coasters from islands of adventure 😀. The pool area was nice as well.

You have to pay for parking which I didn't know until check in and it's about $26 per night. But other than that it was great to me.

The location is amazing, 8 mins to Universal Studios and only across the street for 2 outlets one of them is a very popular one, the staff are very friendly, room is super clean and it’s like a studio with mini kitchen and sofa, breakfast is complimentary anyway for all the guests, overall it’s highly recommended

No variety in the breakfast however it’s not a big deal as long as they have the self maker waffle machine 😋

The staff at the property especially the girls at the front desk. The location was great for shopping and transport by bus. Which we took to Seaworld, the Airport etc. Only 2$ for adults and kids ride free much cheaper that car rental and uber. Breakfast was good also.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The hotel is super new and everything is excellent. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and everything is new. The staff was nice and the place is well located to Universal and Dinsey (we used Lyft). The kitchen is great for a quick dinner or getting something ready for the parks. The breakfast has lots of options (bacon, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, waffles...). It's perfect.

THE SOFA BED IS NOT OKAY FOR SLEEPING. I read a few comments that the coach was awful for sleeping but I thought they were being peaky. It's not admissible for a Marriot to offer a sofa bed and be that low quality. The sofa turns around and you sleep entirely on the lower side which is so hard. They don't even give you a little foam to place there. Do not take a room considering sleeping on the coach.

The thing that stood most out was the 24 hour availability of prepared coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and cold water in the lobby. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and if you need something for cooking (or using their outdoor barbecues) you can borrow in the reception. Also there is some nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel (went to Bahama Breeze and Pho 16 twice). You can also walt to the outlet mall (sometimes easier than driving and hunting for parking there). There was also a nice bar between the lobby and pool area (open to both sides), that looked nice even though we didn't get the chance to try it out

The use of single use items during breakfast was quite surprising, being used to try to avoid single use plastic. We brought down our knifes from the room, to the breakfast.. maybe if we had had a tray in the room, we would have brought more utensils down

The Staff . We always receive undivided attention from any department we interacted with. The front desk are dedicated and go the extra mile to make sure you been attended to.

Just a suggestion at the Breakfast bar. Fruits quality must be revised before it is placed out. I had a bad experience in 3 different days. Fruit was so ripped they dripped liquid. Coffee thermos are not holding the heat over an hour period. Please look into this. But. Cookies in the afternoon always fresh , right on!! Bbq grills always clean and ready to use.

Everything is near, nice places, barbecue area, swing pool is good. Perfect place

I liked the proximity to the park, I used Lyft to get to Universal, each trip cost me between $4 and $9. The breakfast was really good. Hotel was clean with hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the place. Our suite was equipped with all kitchen essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a cake delivered the day of my arrival for my daughter's birthday. The staff kept it in the fridge for me until I checked in many hours later.

The only minor thing I didn't like was how wet the bathroom floor would get after using the shower. Towels were not enough to dry it up.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It is close to everything and even 5 mins from Universal Studios, shopping malls, and restaurants. The facility was clean and nice. The workers were amazing . Breakfast was included which was a plus as well.

Everything in the room was nice except the beds. The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. My back and body hurt every morning from the uncomfortable bed. This is my only complaint. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Fresh and modern design of interior, clean room, Internet. People are really working hard to make it clean. Enough room for breakfast.

Absence of a tiny bar/bottle of soap (Front desk answered that there shouldn’t be a soap in the room and then started looking for some ending up with a statement that they ran out of soap and gave me a bottle of shampoo :| ). Also nowadays even motels offer you a small bottle of water, but not in this place. If you use hotel hairdryer be prepared to constantly run to electric panel (distribution board).
