The Property wasn't bad

I was charged by Booking.com for the room. And I was also charged by the hotel for the room. I was double charged and haven't been refunded.

I enjoyed the lobby and got to play multiple games with my family (Connect 4, Pool, and Cornhole). If you want an iron and board you can request one! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they always greeted me when I came through the lobby. Shoutout to Shemeika, all the other staff members, and the manager. They were ALL super accommodating and the manager congratulated me on graduating! Such awesome employees, 0 complaints the customer service was 1000%!

There is no free breakfast + no microwave in rooms :( For the price paid, I wish some free breakfast was included. Plus, our rooms didn't have a microwave (there is one in the lobby though). Also, the refrigerator is small so don't bring lots of food that needs refrigeration because it might not fit. Nonetheless, the staff makes up for it, and the rooms are clean with a nice mounted TV!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, spacious well-equipped room, really cool personal touches. We just needed a night close to the airport for an early flight, but would have enjoyed staying a little longer.

I had some issues getting the temperature in the room right, the AC was a little bit loud, but in the end it was fine. It was one of the hottest days of the year though, and we were a little under the weather from lots of traveling, so that might have had something to do with it.

Was breakfast included? If so I had no idea. Room was fantastic, great size, love the fresh youthful decor throughout the hotel, but the location wasn’t good. I can hear the freeway/overpass the entire night. Maybe invest in double pane windows in the rooms facing freeways.

Location and sound of freeway/highway/overpasses were a bit loud. Also, the Osaka Aloft hotel had an espresso machine in the room. I would have loved that in the Aloft, Austin.

Unfortunately, at times birds fly into the building and land on the rooftop of the second floor awning. The staff explained they don’t have a ladder tall enough to remove them so we kept seeing it and feeling bad but it was a BEAUTIFUL location and ONLY saw it when we were getting on/off the elevators.

Great lobby, staff was very professional and helpful.

The bathroom door design left two big gaps so it was a bit awkward to hear and slightly see in to the toilet and shower. Parking lot got full Saturday night and we had to park in the fire lane (front desk approved).

The hotel was really nice and the staff were helpful!

Location didn’t feel the safest. (More so at night) It was right by an old railroad with some homeless people. We were only 9 mins from the airport and thought there would be an airport shuttle, but it wasn’t offered at this location. Just the Aloft Austin Airport location.

The room was great. Convenient location. Wonderful room and bed. Loved the larger screen TV.

The pool was perfect size, but could have been cleaner. There was a net available though, so I was able to get most of the dead bugs and leaves out.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My two ten-year-olds and I spent the night for a dance competition since we needed to just hang out and rest between busy days of hectic dancing. We found a very relaxing respite here.

Everything was great.

Staff was helpful. hotel was quiet and clean and newly built. Environment was modern.

I wish there was Continental breakfast too. also, the inside kitchen bar had a variety of food for a fair price too. also, there was no microwave or trash bags inside the bins.
