The hotel is in a good location - just a short stroll into town. The room was lovely with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was superb, dinner less so. Staff were helpful and generally efficient.

We have stayed here before and returned because the food had been so good on previous visits. On our first night we were telephoned to say the chef had phoned in sick and the restaurant was closed. Not too much of a problem as there are alternatives in town. On the second night, the restaurant was open but the food was really not good. My fabadas was cold. Not just lukewarm but cold - it couldn't have been heated at all. Then my dessert (cheesecake) didn't turn up. After 30/40 minutes the waitress said it was still cooking! I gave up at that point. We thought there was no chef but that they had attempted to open the restaurant anyway. Such a shame as the food had been a highlight of a previous trip.

Location superb for exploring the region and wandering into town. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was OK but the friendliness of the restaurant staff more than made up for any inadequacies with the food.

My wife has just had knee surgery which made showering in the bathtub challenging. Our fault as we should have requested something more suitable.

Everything about this place was as expected and more. Staff were amazing since check-in. All the commodities in the room were there. Clan and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good lots of options worth it. Parking it’s possible all around the hotel. Reception and lounge areas are very good.

The state of the gym and indoor pool were a bit deteriorating.

Well situated for the town, walking distance in. We had a nice room with good views. Grounds are very nice.

It is a very much of a transition hotel as travellers come over the pass from France and stay a night or two before moving. It works well for this but I felt not a destination in its own right. Outdoor pool was cool this time of year.

The property was situated in a perfect location, we went there to hike but it was a short walk away from a supermarket and lots of restaurants. We really liked the access to the indoor pool and sauna. The gym was quite small though and only seemed to have some weights and a few machines but it was better than nothing. The place was pretty good value for money and I would definitely recommend it! The bed was also very comfortable and I liked the choice between a ceiling fan and the air con or both.

The staff was really friendly! The place was quiet and felt very welcoming and peaceful. We forgot a charger and they called us right after check out to let us know before we'd be too far to return.

The coffee at breakfast was unfortunately no good at all. The windows of the whole weren´t very clean, which is a shame, considering all the beautiful views it's surrounded by.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. It has a modern yet rural decoration. The view from the room to the garden was nice. I had to work from the room and I was feeling I was home. It has a small fridge in the room.

I found the breakfast overpriced. The machines in the fitness room were not working, they need maintenance. Personally, I can't say anything negative about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Biescas.

Good selection of foods for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities at hotel were good. Location was excellent with stunning views.

As we arrived late at around 7pm, we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, due to lack of staff on duty, we had to wait over half an hour before getting served. However, the good was good when it eventually arrived .

Indoor and outdoor pool and spa were available to all guests. Evening meal was lovely

Service for the meal was poor. Incorrect orders brought to the table, drinks orders ignored on a few occasions. Single member of staff serving many tables seemed very stressed. Appeared to be under-staffed

Great hotel in a pretty town - staff were all so helpful and friendly, great facilities, comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast.

We stayed in restaurant for dinner. We were the only family in that evening and all the food seemed like it was just re-heated and not cooked fresh. The apple tart was warm around the outside and still frozen in the middle. It would of been nice to have eaten freshly cooked food.
