Perfect location just outside the entrance of the national park. The Rio Serrano area is also beautiful with views of the mountains. There are horses on the property just roaming the grounds. All the staff we talked to was very kind and helpful. Exceptional food, especially considering the remote location! Dinners had an outstanding variety of excellent dishes, many made from ingredients grown in the property garden. Our room was simple but charming.

Water temperature varied a lot in the shower going from cool to really hot unexpectedly. Rather expensive but relatively less than other hotels in or very close to the park.

Clean, efficient. Food was fair. Warm water in the bath/shower. Beautiful view. Comfortable. Quiet. Parking. Close to the entrance of the TdP park.

Wifi very weak, no wifi in the room (I opted for that place because I needed wifi during my stay), traveller’s with lots of luggage may be difficult as the rooms are spread on a nice property and not elevator. Of course it is overpriced for what we have (small bathroom, no TV, no Wifi) but this is the « game » at Torres del Paine. I am glad with that choice. I recommend rather to stay at Puerto Natales and to drive back and forth as it is so far from Las Torres that it would be a shorter trip than crossing the park.

Where do I start? The location and views from the hotel property and our room were magnificent of the mountains and the river. The staff were exemplary and this was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. Paula who checked us in and made us comfortable ; Miguel, Christian, Raissa and Francesca in the bar and dining area; Cesar and the superwoman Yvonne who made sure our excursions were booked at the last minute and went above and beyond to check that we had a great time; Rafaela who is an exemplary chef and made the dinner buffet outstanding with varieties of every type of food and the food a work of art . The dessert chef was a master at his game and every dessert was mouthwatering ( we ate too much at meals here ) I highly recommend this for a stay just outside the park entrance because it feels like home in it's comfort with the best meals and the most amazing staff . Yvonne and Cesar made sure to guide us to ensure that we enjoyed this slice of heaven in Patagonia to the fullest

There was Wifi only in the main building which made it hard to plan from the room but allowed us to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the grandeur of the park

Hotel locates on the Serrano riverside which is a great location with magnificent view and vibe around the hotel. Staffs were nice and helpful. Room was syper cozy and warmy and very comfortable. Above all, dinner here was superb!! Lamb and risotto were so delicious. We enjoyed our meal here very much. But there was some little curious thing about the cost of drinks even in dinner that we had to pay additionally. But anyway, we really had a great time here.😊

The room was cosy and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having two beds to stretch out on after a big hike was fantastic! The heating can be customised to your liking in your room. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the water was nice and hot. The soap and provided shampoo smelled lovely. Dinner was the best part of the package - the buffet dinner was very high quality with great selection every night. One night we arrived late and there was no lamb left - when we asked if there was any more, they apologised and cooked us two fresh tenderloin steaks instead (which were absolutely delicious!). Great wine and drinks as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing we really missed was having a kettle in our room for making tea and coffee. A small bar fridge in the room for keeping snacks and drinks cold would have been nice, too. We also did not have a bin in our room for disposing of general rubbish, only the small one in the bathroom for hygiene.

The beds were really comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Evening meal was really good, given the fact that it was buffet. The chef used all the fresh ingredients at her disposal. A lot of the ingredients appeared to be grown at the hotel.The salads were delicious and imaginative. The staff were really friendly and very efficient. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the park gate.

wonderful location. for the price (included breakfast and a fabulous dinner) and location - was just lovely. we stayed in another hotel prior to hotel del paine IN the park itself… and while the location was lovely, hotel del paine exceeded it in comfort, cleanliness and service. it is so close to the entrance, if I did it again, I would have stayed here the whole time!

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful place, the food is a real restaurant, very tasty and there is a choice. There are separate suites. We are delighted, after 2 days we returned there again, when the question arose, where to spend the night after the park

Amazing location with wonderful views of Rio Serrano. The staff were so helpful especially Francisco and Paula. The chef was fabulous with the dinners —wow.

The cocktail drinks are a bit pricey. Wi-Fi is not in the cabins which could be an issue for some people. Also, I recommend a larger wastebasket for the bathroom since they recommend not throwing toilet paper in the toilet.

The Location and View are the BEST. Group of several cabins and lodges on the banks of a glacier fed river with the amazing front row view of TDP mountains. WOW. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable room. The main reception lodge room was a bit small but lovely. Room came with ample breakfast but also a lovely evening meal (I was unaware of that.) So it was a pleasant surprise. Very nice to stay so close to the park - because town is a long way away.

The hotel/location was exceptionally beautiful - but we never really felt "welcome" at this hotel. And we were overcharged for the Argentina Tax that foreigners should be exempt from, even after mentioning it at check out. Very convenient location but might look at one of the other hotels nearby next time.
