We enjoyed the location, it is 30min outside the park but much closer than Puerto Natales so we saved a lot on driving and we got to see a lot of wildlife on our daily drives to the park. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. You can eat at the hotel (breakfast is included, you have to pay for dinner (buffet, a little pricey but food was good)).
There is nothing in the Cerro Castillo Village other than this hotel, a little market store, and a gift store so if you want to go out to dinner, this is not the place for you! That wasn't a problem for us. Can hear the noise in the neighboring rooms (people couching and water pipe noise).

The facilities are gaucho style and nicely decorated. Bathroom facilities are modern with good supply of hot water. It is a good base to drive to Torres del Paine that is about an hour away. If you have a car, we found out that it is more convenient to stay here than in Puerto Natales. The place is busy with bookings for puma sightseeing. The restaurant has a nice all you can eat buffet at supper (about $42usd if paid in Chilean pesos). There is no a la carte menu, so it feels expensive, especially if you are not really hungry. Captive audience and food is expensive these days. The breakfast is diverse. Fruit salad one morning, but none the other. In Cerro Castillo there is a nice souvenir shop and they also sell trail snacks and empanadas among other things.
It was unfortunate that our room was on the side of the building that faces their maintenance facility (no view). Construction with banging noises went on until 9pm and before 8am there was delivery truck noises.

Hotel is closer to Torres del Paine National Park than the options in Puerto Natales. It was very clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked great. The staff was very helpful, the restaurant food was great, and they had an extensive selection of Chilean wines. They also offer the ability to get fuel as there is no gas station in Cerro Castillo.
Breakfast was very good. It would be nice to have a few more hot selections such as bacon or sausage and not solely eggs. Very minor issue as all the food was very tasty.

Interior, facilities - amazing. The vibe they have created was very nice! Big room, big and nice bathroom. Sadly there was no availability for all my days in Chilean Patagonia so stayed here only for one night. Location - perfect if you are not staying in TdP NP inside. Don't need to go to Puerto Natales for overnight. Staff at the reception - very hospitable and kind. I have read in other comments people complaining about the price for the dinner at hotel. But people, you need to be honest - either you go into Puerto Natales and find cheaper options for dinner, or you stay close to TdP and do not waste your time for driving and can have qualitative rest instead. I don't think 30USD is a lot taking all this into account. You get soup, main course and small desert. And BTW, food was very delicious.
Options variety at the breakfast could have been better. Staff at the restaurant didn't speak English at all. But google translator helped here.

We loved our cozy quad room. Really cute ranch decor. We were really tired so it was nice to have a Buffett dinner and breakfast onsite.
We had a few needs that the front staff were not able to accommodate. It may have been because of was a holiday. The property is just inside the boarder crossing and there is not much around. Also, we didn’t realize until we arrived that we were still 90 minutes from the park entrance. It all worked out. We appreciated the downtime.

-- Very nice property, beautifully appointed rooms. All amenities are great and in order. -- Great communication prior to arrival. -- Location right upon crossing the border from Argentina. -- Cerro Castillo is a small border settlement with little infrastructure of any kind so it's important that hotel keeps its restaurant open late for clients coming from Argentina.
-- Prices are very high. It is understandable given location, etc but almost $200 a night is hard to stomach in Lat America, as well as $45 per a bottle of Malbec that costs just $8 across the border. -- We met few backpackers who were surprised that there are no shuttle to the TDP park. We suggest to discuss transportation options with hotel ahead of time.

The staff was just the best! Every one was friendly, welcoming, and so helpful! Make sure to talk to Juan Carlos in reception! He's learning English and is soo much fun. Rooms were clean and food was delicious. There's a huge selection of wine in the restaurant and big gathering space was a great place toe enjoy a drink after a long day.
I honestly can't say a negative thing about the hotel. One thing to note, there isn't a gas station in town. The closest station is in Puerto Natales, so be prepared if you are driving into the park for day hikes.

One of the only hotels on the Chile/Argentina border. A great place to stay if you want to cross the border first thing in the morning when it opens at 8AM. This is just a tiny but clean town. No services such as restaurants (other than hotels), gas station, laundry, etc. Hotel is clean and well managed. Nothing fancy, nothing not nice.
Breakfast was good. Eggs, toast and cereal in their large restaurant.

The location. It’s 1 hour from the park office and 1 hour from Natales. And it’s price is also middle of the two. It’s good is pretty good. Staff are great.

The warm welcome at reception, attention to detail in open areas, the cozy and stylish room (we had an amazing sleep) and the dining room where we had an extraordinary buffet supper with excellent wait staff. The box lunch for our hike to Las Torres was exceptional! We wish we could have returned there afterwards.
The shower drain was slow- probably clogged.
