The room is really Nice and the bed is confortable. The location is very convenient if you're going to Van Long. It's a bit farther from Ninh Binh, check location depending on your plans. It was a bit noisy (dog barking at night and neighbor using chainsaw from 6am onward) but it might just be a bad timing and was okay with airplugs. The owner lent me a bike and I did a very scenic ride. Also the boat tour is very nice. On my way to the homestay I've been to Hang Múa cave, Tràng An and Baí Ðính pagoda which I believe is a nice itinerary to visit the area.

Beautifully place! Amazing family! It's a bit hard to find the place, even with the location pin, it's behind the school (there's wall painting on the wall) and then there will be blue signs. The food was so good! We ordered dinner and breakfast over there for the entire 3 days! We rented a motorbike from them, and the lady gave us a list of great places to see. The room is big, clean and beautiful! Great shower! Comfy bed! 5 minutes walk to the Nature reserve, the boat trip was very good!

Beautiful and clean stay with full plants and garden. Nicely done. Very friendly host and had an awesome breakfast. Host helps a lot with questions and even assists to plan the trips. Will surely visit again. Also so many restaurants around. Little far from the tourist place so its very quiet and peaceful. If you want to experience an actual village and serene feel this is where you might want to be.

Might be difficult to locate the place. The place marked in booking.com is not accurate. But once you get there you will experience an amazing stay.

Our stay with Minh was extremely special. Minh was super helpful with getting to his place -- we had some issues with our private taxi that didnt show up in Hanoi and Minh made excellent transportation arrangements. He also helped us plan our 2 days there. The village is very small and the interactions much more personal. Ask Minh to help you rent bicycles, so you can cycle around the village and also you MUST take a boat ride at the Van Long lake next to Minh's. It beats all the other boat tours because its much less hectic than the other ones. Of course Minh's home is spotlessly clean, so that's always a plus. I would suggest anyone to go stay here, because it was such a beautiful experience.

It Was a very calm place. Family and owner are very friendly. Offer a nice breakfast for a low price. The owner helps you with anything you need. Beds are big and comfortable. I had to do some work online and the wifi was very good and reliable

The location is quite far from most sight seeing places in ninh binh. Owner gives a scooter to drive for free so if you smare confertable tonride this is no problem. Otherwise it can be a hassle to get to sightseeing spots

This is superb place. Close to Van Long Nature Reserve (a boat trip is a must here). Accommodation was top notch with the rarest of things a completely silent air con. Bike hire was free. The staff were incredibly helpful, booking both my onward accommodation and my taxi.

They were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very large clean and well stocked with items a traveler might need.

I had trouble adjusting the hot water for the shower due to the amount of time it took the hot water to reach the shower head. It took more than a minute for an adjustment to register in the water temp coming from the shower head.

The owner helped us with booking the transportion back to Hanoi which was very difficult at these time due to holidays. Very friendly and accomodating. Language barrier is not a hindrance (thank you so much google translate :)) Free use of bike and very big room. Comfortable bed

Superb location, with amazing views. Bungalows were very spacious and comfortable. the restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner(a delicious and varied menu) it was only a 400m walk along a Nature reserve, paved and scenic path into the some restaurants area for food . Minh who ran the place were incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped with arranging transport and visits as well as thoughtful recommendations.
