The property faces the mountains. So you will have a nice view from the balcony. There are also private parking spots right in front of each apartment.

The trains drive every 10 min in the area. It was loud all the time.

Very big breakfast, we have ordered it in the room and it was enough for 2 days for us, depends on how hungry you are. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need, sufficient towels. There is a very good restaurant only a few minutes by car (Alun Restaurant).

Some would consider the location a bit secluded, you rely on the car to get there or anywhere else. There are some train tracks very close, the noise might be disturbing for some. The TVs had many channels, but were not ideally put on the walls, bad viewing angle.

large flat with 2 surrounding balconies and great mountain views on eastern and western sides. The bar is open until midnight and breakfast is about 8 EUR per person. The photos are almost accurate.

the living room sofa in room 7 (second floor) is not comfortable at all, was unable to sleep on it and I usually do like sofas. In case you are 4 people sharing the flat, the 2 of them that will sleep on that sofa will suffer ! I was using it alone and it was awful ... maybe only the children could use it without feeling the pain. They have a payable SPA for 10 EUR / hour - expensive for what they actually offer. You can hear all trains in the valley due to the echo created by the 2200 m high mountains and there are so many of them passing towards Bucharest and Brasov every hour. Definitively needs more investment on the windows, triple layer of glass at minimum.

The sofa was terrible. It is not to be uses to sleep on it as it was very uncomfortable.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern and beautiful and with all the necessary tools to bring able to eat. No tools for cooking. The vue of the mountain wad incredible. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was confortable. I would recommend and go back if ever I would be in that area.

The location was outside of town and no easy to find. With Google maps set on the address we were guided to the next town having the same address. However , I was very quickly able to get in touch with someone and they send me the shared location and I was able to reach the apt. Also, the apartment is next to the train tracks and a lumber company... is king of noisy and not beautiful to see. Did not bother us to sleep though. I would recommend this place if non of the above bothers you

The place is really cozy, and the view is amazing from the balcony. It's quiet, but close to the railway, if you are sensitive to that. For us, it wasn't a problem, you can't hear it in the room. The rooms were big, nice living room with a microwave, toaster, glasses, and cutlery. The staff was nice, the whole place was clean, and we liked the jacuzzi and sauna too(you have to pay for it 50RON/hour/person, which is ok). Everything was good, and the mountains are really close, and some good restaurants in the area (La Cerdac, KUIB).

The apartment was clean and hotel facilities were good. The views are great. It was a pleasure watching Corpatians mountains from the balcony. Internet signal was strong in the appartment.

We were missing an electric stone and a dishwasher (that I beleive is a standard now in most of appart hotels). And also a small coffee machine could be a nice bonus.

Everything was good: the staff, cleanliness, new building and new furniture, excellent bed, excellent Internet and parking zone close to the building. Also was nice view of the mountains. Only one exception - the railway that was at the distance about 300 meters, and it really harm during nighttime. So, before you will book this facility, you need to understand how "sensible" you are to the sounds of the train... In rest - everything that was done by the owners of the apartment was perfect

we do not eat breakfast onsite. -there is a very nice restaurant for dinner/lunch walking distance. Izvorul cu Pastravi. also in the vilage Poiana Tapului there is a Trouts Farm Shop- highly reccomend it. If you feel walking the sorroundings are beatifull. also there is a place called 7 izvoare that you should go.(part by car, part walking)

a fact that for people with dissabilities insite offsite will be difficult to get arround. The place surroundings were pure ground, with way access without asphalt. inside the apartment to get at 1st floor dificult with disable persons.

Clean, warm and welcoming. Nice staff and wonderful facilities - jacuzzi & sauna (additional cost - 50 Ron/person) Really great view

We had power shortages during the stay. A bit far away from city, you definately need a car to travel to the center.
