It's a nice hotel, clean and well maintained, in a lovely area for people looking for something remote, with fresh air and a nice view, but some things are not up to par with the 4 star rating. The breakfast was good, but lacked diversity, could also use some better coffee.

Front desk staff wasn't very professional. Prices at the restaurant are on the higher end even though the food is mediocre. The most bothersome thing is that access to the pool is not included by default, it's 100lei/pers, limited to 2h. Paying 200 lei extra per night easily gets you 5 star hotel with everything included in Sinaia or Azuga.

The location was close to the Peles Castle, 25 min walk to the town center. The decor of the hotel was very quaint, the room was spacious with a lovely view..The breakfast was great, with many choices, we loved that they changed some of the options the next day. The restaurant was so pretty, with a beautiful view and lovely music

The bathroom started to smell at some point like drains, the main head shower did not work, and the water took too long to warm up. We asked for information about sauna when we arrived. The staff informed us that we need to book it only 30 min before we want to go. When we called the reception, around 4 pm, to book for 5 pm the same day, we were told they were fully booked all afternoon, and the sauna closes at 8 pm. It was very disappointing that we couldn't use it anymore. Except for the restaurant staff, everyone else was not bothered to show friendliness.

Excellent spa and swimming pool, amazing views to the mountains and forests. Very comfortable beds and mattresses, quiet area, excellent quality sleep, comfortable bathrobes, slippers and every little hygiene/vanity detail you could want or need.

Smoking too close to the restaurant eating area, cigarette smoke coming inside the eating area. No plant based milk, very few vegan options…

We got upgraded to a room with a balcony. The view outside is very nice. They offer a perfect breakfast.

We thought the spa was included in the price, but apparently, it isn't .

Good location in Sinaia but still on one on the main road uphill. Walking proximity to Peles Palace.

Restaurant could improve food freshness.

Perfect service from the staff, proper and delicious dishes, the coziness of the hotel, quiet surroundings. Beautiful music in the common areas, sweet and nice smell all over in the hotel, it is just giving you a feeling of a peaceful retreat. I have to recommend the baked mountain grouse - it is exquisite, and also the mushroom soup (in the pic)! Also, for me, their sour soups (ciorbă in romanian) are very tasty.

The fact that the shower radio/fan/light was not working - the on/off button missing - room 202. The scale in the bathroom not working and the fact that the balcony door can not be closed from outside. I miss the possibility of turning down the heat in the room, sometimes it is too warm through the night.

The area is really nice. The accommodation is pretty good and worth the money. It is located in a quiet area, on the way to cota 1400. The new pool area looks amazing. Very good breakfast selection.

The old building needs a little more work. The food was not that great, they need some improvements in the kitchen (for the a-la-carte meniu).

The location was so serene and close to the forrest, the rooms are decorated in a royal style, the food so tasty, the staff members were nice and helpful, everything was amazing - except the fact that our room didn’t have an AC. But there are also rooms that have one - or you can request a fan. Our favorite stay in Sinaia so far. We will come back for sure.
