Room clean and tidy, comfortable Door key code much easier this time Tea towel, washing up things provided. Tea/ coffee / sugar welcome tray. Bathroom towels also. Electric heaters as new boiler being installed. Black out curtains. Location. This is our 5th time staying. ( daughter lives near by) Easy walk 10 min to trains. Shops

Shutter on right hand side window not working . ( not reported) Bedside table facing bed left hand side lamp flickers after being on for a while. Noisy bin lorries early morning for approx half an hour, but we were aware of this.

Nice, spacious studio. Close to the grocery, restaurants and subway station. There is electric heating available which is great idea. The kitchen is fully equipped. No problem with parking on the street but it’s paid.

No ventilation in the apartament and someone’s trashes in the kitchen bin are small downsides. I also advise to clean the cushions.

Breakfast not included. Great location few minutes away from our daughters flat. Good powerful shower. Flat good space inside Towels included. Handy small kitchen. Near to a train station.( 10 min walk) ,easy journey from airport / into city centre.

Sofa bed was very squeaky when turning during the night. Noisy when people walking past, traffic. Bin lorries leaving their yard at 6.15 am every morning ( except Sunday) quieter on a Saturday.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Place have comfortable bed, TV with smart features (so I streamed from phone), hdmi cable, kitchen with all you need for cooking (except salt in my case). It's REWE and Aldi nearby, as well as the subway station. It was a small issue with my check-in, but stuff solved it really fast.

Clean apartment on the ground floor for easy access for family with kids.

Check in process is a bit technical but works fine. Could be a problem if you are not use to self checkin or if you do not have internet access upon arrival.

It was super clean and comfortable, nice bed, roomy bathroom, kitchen with all the basics, including salt and pepper. Great location. Support by phone/Whatsapp very efficient also. Lots of power outlets, very conveniently positioned, was a nice touch.

Location on the ground floor facing the street can be a bit noisy, but not much actually. I kept the shutters down.

It is a lovely room with all you could ask for and more, it was very tastefully decorated and even at street level I felt extremely safe. The facilities were fantastic.

Two minor suggestions - one is for a bigger coffee mug and the other is to check the cutlery, when I opened the drawer they were all heavily water-marked which was a little off-putting - would only take a moment to polish them up. Other than those very small minors, everything really was perfect.

The location is fine, the apartment is ok however it lacks of some basic kitchen staff.

The contact with the host was really bad, we did not receive codes for the flat before arriving. We had to call the host several Times to get the code to Access the apartment.

We liked the location of this property, so close to many cafes and restaurants in that area of Berlin. Quiet at night, clean and perfect for our stay.

Would be even better w/ washing machine!

A bottle opener would be nice to have, maybe a more thorough cleaning procedure next time,. I got the ground floor property, hence it's easy to look into to flat so you should be okay with having your curtains pulled in for the whole day.
