Quiet room with a garden view. There was a lift (we had heavy bags, as travellers from the other side of the world in Europe for three weeks). The shower was hot and had good pressure. There is a bus-stop close by. Friendly staff.

No English-language options out of the multiple TV channels. No streaming facility we could find. A little way from the centre, but that's reflected in the price.

The room was clean and comfortable, albiet on the smaller side. The breakfast was great and had a good variety to choose from. The staff was great and went above and beyond expectations to ensure my stay was pleasant. The property is pet friendly.

The elevator was non operational.

It was super clean. We got candy and water in the room. We had a nice view from the hotel

Wifi connection was not 100% fall out specially at night. It would have been nice if we had a little fridge or mini bar.

Great location, quiet place close to the city center.

The elevator did not work - I personally do not mind, but I can imagine, that for some it could be a big problem (narrow stairs, breakfast at the fourth floor...). Also - and I really do not blame the staff! - reaching the hotel was quite difficult due to road construction in front of the hotel.

Overall it is a good hotel with friendly staff and it fits all my expectation, the room is clean, the internet speed is quite good, the breakfast is simple but more than enough to fill your stomach.

Very strong smoking smell in corridor. The soundproofing for rooms is quite bad, so you can easily hear others when they are moving or using toilet.

The Hotel is perfect for visiting reasearchers or lecturers for the RWTH Aachen, as it is max 10 mins away from any of their facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast can be provided. The bathroom was clean and had floor heating.

Good price and great breakfast. it has an elevator!!!

When we arrived, someone was very nice and helped us to open the elevator, but he has no shirt. The hallway smelled. There is a road construction in front of the hotel and we had to walk a little more.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, 10 min walk to the city center. Our room was nice and clean, some sweets and mineral water were waiting for us. The breakfast was very good in a room with a nice view.

There was nothing that we would find disturbing about this accommodation.

I needed a room in that part of Aachen, so location was a big plus. The rooms are clean, simple, comfortable and meet expectations.

It's fairly simple. Traffic noise might be a problem.

Very clean, very friendly personnel, easy check in and check out, very reasonable breakfast (hearty, sweet, cereals, fruit), close to the center.

bathroom was really rather small, room was a bit too warm - but I do not know whether air conditioning might have been available.
