We liked the breakfast buffet the most as it was more than what we expect for a 3-star hotel apartment. The room is spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. All the beds are clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen and laundry amenities as we were only staying for one night. Check-in and check-out was 0 hassle and all the staff are courteous and polite.

The interior look and furniture inside the room are outdated.

Lot of eating points close to area. Prices for every item sold in different shops of this area are economical. Gym is good.

It's in old, trading part of Dubai. Too crowded and loud area. Very close to airport and there is disturbance due to flights whole night landing at airport just few kilometres.

We have been in Rove city center Diera for almost 1 week. And this is our may be 4th time to visit there. We have been so many hotels in Dubai. But Rove hotels are the best. For amazing service, fast room service, and kindly hosts. For our rebooting time, Akul is in the receptionist, which has helped us very perfectly, and we are really satisfied with our situation with his service. And Sukdev housekeeper is so nice and helpful guy. Whenever if I ask something from him, he does immediately and without pain. This hotel managing is so strong and careful for guests. Every time, we can not see differences in the time of season or not season because facilities are the same. Our next coming to Dubai, and we choose again Rove. Thanks, Rove, with love.

Reception answered my questions helped me in all I needed place near yo shops metro and gold souk market very near to hotel the cleaners so nice kind to me gave me my needs I expected from them attending me when I needed things I would recommend this apartment for a 100 % stay in a honest comment !

There is onlybafrican food in restaurant I felt they should cater for other minorities cultures to that was a down point for me but everything near hotel for eateries near so I took that as a blind fold yasmina England comments xxx

-Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the Heroes - Front Office Team and their Manager. -Thumbs up to the housekeeping attendant who never misses a day cleaning our room and makes an effort to place a design on our bed. -All the departmental teams are very active.

-On the first day, the cooktop was faulty. They replaced it, but this one requires you to stay alert because it will automatically turn off and will no longer turn on after an hour of waiting. So, what we did was turn up the volume of the cooktop until the light or power came back on. -Upon our arrival, the bed sheet and blanket were dirty. The team replaced them and will inform the laundry team to double-check before delivering them to the room.

Overall experience was good. Specially Amar Khan is very kind and professional with his services.

I wanted a good quality budget hotel near where I needed to be in Dubai for work. Excellent value for money and great staff. Good breakfast for £4.50p, lunch and dinner for £7 each. Basic buffet but great value for money. Supermarket across the street and basic kitchen and fridge in the room means you can cook for yourself too. Washing machine in the room means no laundry charges!

I liked the staff a lot they were really friendly and helpful, and the food service was great also. Faisal was really kind with us in the restaurant, remembered our choice of drinks and bringing it for us without asking for it!

The location of the Hotel is not realy great 10 mins walk to the metro station, very noisy in the evening, but if you visit all around Dubai during the day, you fall asleep instantly regardless of the noise.
