Not much to look at from the outside, but the room was very clean. Beds were so comfortable as were the extra pillows. Great location for accessing our downtown event and lots of great places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly.

We were in a double room and the air conditioning unit on the wall was right next to one of the beds. It was extremely cold in the bed next to the unit, and we could never find the right balance between running the fan at low or high and keeping the temperature constant. I wouldn't imagine this is a problem with a single bed room since there would be more room to move the bed away from the wall.

Great location in downtown Riverside, walkable to the Mission Inn, bars and restaurants. The hotel is better inside than it looks from the outside: it's a no-frills motel but the rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, the bedding ample, and the towels were changed daily. Big bonus: free parking, saving you $25 a night compared with the brand name hotels nearby.

No breakfast of any kind, and no microwave in the room. There is a supermarket across the road to stock the fridge with cold items, and fast food options are a short drive away.

This is our usual place to stay when visiting family in Riverside. My favorite thing about this place is the bed. It is extremely comfortable. And they brought back the continental breakfast! It's a great location, walking distance to places to eat and things to do. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious. There can be transients walking around the area, but I haven't seen any at the hotel. I've always felt safe here. Staff is nice too. We will continue to stay here for our future visits.

Parking can be a challenge. I wish there were softer lights on the side of the bed.

We stay here every time we visit family in Riverside. My favorite part of staying here is the bed. They are sooo comfortable, and the towels are plush. The room is small but has everything you need. The fridge is nice convenience as well. The Mexican restaurant next door, Ixtapa, is delicious..there's an excellent coffee shop and donut shop across the street and the grocery store across the street has a good Mexican bakery..Tio's Tacos is right around the corner. Tikal Bakery is also around the corner and is a great place to get Guatemalan treats.

I don't like that they haven't brought back the free breakfast. They used to have an excellent breakfast bar.

I reserved this hotel due to its close proximity to an event I was attending. It's easy accessibility to the Mission Inn Plaza area was a plus and I found a number of really good nearby restaurants in walking distance. I was also pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Can't think of much. I was a bit surprised that the breakfast had been discontinued and pool unavailable since most pandemic restrictions have been lifted, but neither of those features were that important to me. A microwave would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker.

location was great, conveniently located to restaurants and stores. room was nice and comfortable. the person who checked me in was amazing. very friendly and kind.

I was told that I could do late checkout, and I asked about it in the morning before leaving to my event. I forgot to leave my name or room number so I messaged the property on my way back. I didn’t get a response so I called about an hour before checkout to confirm that I was able to do late checkout. Right after someone picked up, I explained what I wanted to do and it seemed that they hung up on me (everyone seemed nice so I hope it wasn’t intentional). I decided to leave right at check out time anyways to not risk it.

Front desk person was very friendly and responsive when I discovered that the toilet handle was inoperable Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean.

Toilet handle have become disconnected, so toilet was temoorarily inoperable. I was quickly given a different room. (Suggest that housekeeping be asked to do quick checks.)

The young lady in the office who checked us in was very nice. The location was convenient and quiet. The room was extremely clean. We didn't stay for breakfast, but we saw that they had a waffle station, which is great! This place will be our "go-to" when we stay in Riverside, and we will be recommending it to family.

The whole faciliy was exceptionally clean. Our bed was comfortable and we really like the plantation shutters.

The neighborhood had some homeless people walking around but we never felt in harm's way or threatened. The property has an attractive fence around it so access is somewhat controlled.

The hotel is affordable and a great value. Don't expect luxury, but since I only stayed one night, I feel extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and simple. The beds were very comfy as well. What I really liked the most was that the location itself was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location itself is very close, i.e. walking distance, to all the museums and many great restaurants and shops.

There aren't many negatives about the location. Probably some difficulty with parking on the left rear. It's not very easy to back out of that area without possibly hitting the building beams. I noticed that others have had that issue. Luckily we did not.
