A very beautiful property! I stayed with my 5year old with special needs. He especially liked a very comfy sofa and the coffee table next to it. In my opinion the unit itself was quite stylish. There were a few gas stations and plenty of cafés nearby! We enjoyed our stay!

The safety lock was broken prior to our stay. We discussed with the Manager and he was quite responsive to promise to get it fixed asap.

Had all the amenities we needed, including coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, ironing board and iron, couch and coffee table, desk and chair for working. Also included toiletries!

There were no bedside table lamps, and the bed pillows were too large and uncomfortable.

Property was conveniently located near freeway, room was very clean and comfortable.

The first room we were assigned smelled badly of smoke and marijuana and our second room, the smoke detector starting beeping with a low battery first thing in the morning.

It was nice for a couples day stay, the service was good. The only thing the bathroom n tub is is so small. Hardly turned around in sm. room. The bedroom area is much larger, and that's nice with a refrigerator. Did enjoy what short time.

Clean property and rooms. Good location near attractions and eateries. Fluffy towels and many convenient amenities. Would stay here again to discover beautiful Riverside.

This was a great value for the money. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, granite counter tops, large sofa and coffee table along with a large desk, convenient location. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a hotel/motel where they still provided small items such as a comb, wrapped soap, toothbrush plus in the shower and at the sink were wall mounted dispensers of soap and lotion that actually worked.

When I arrived alone the door was locked and I had to be buzzed in (an elderly couple were behind me surprised as was I) like I was going in a pawn shop. When inside the attendant was behind thick, I assume, bulletproof glass. I asked if this meant I should be concerned about my safety and he muttered something about working alone and hotels have large amount of money on hand. This is not a large facility so walking across the parking lot is not an issue. So many reviews have negative comments about safety around the hotels in Riverside I felt more secure in this facility which is well maintained, parking close to my room and the office door is kept locked to deter crime on the premises.

Cheap room located close to UCR.

Car in lot with 2 flat tires and beer cans near by. Decided to move my car away from it.
