They were in a pinch when the power went out but everyone had such a great attitude and were helping to their best ability over something they couldn’t control! And as soon as it came back on they were still just as helpful and cheery as they could be!

Just the power outage but it was out of the hotels control, so no notes!

All calls were answered promptly by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast options were more than amenable and flower smoothly. I also was able to receive an Instacart delivery during my stay. The facilities were lovely and the amenities excellent. I only wish that I could have made use of them all.

There was some sort of Fire Drill or Property Alarm on the 2nd day of my stay which was neither explained or assisted with. The flashing lights accompanied by the loud sirens exacerbated my ill health that day. Once I finally arrived at the front desk from my room the staff looked quite confused themselves all huddled up and giggling. I attempted to inquire about the situation and receiving no reply, moved outside the hotel and called my husband/roommate for this trip so that he might hear the alarms and return to help me. After some time the alarms were abated, yet I still had no idea what had occurred on the property and waited outside for my husband to assist me back to the room as I could not do so on my own.

The room had everything we needed. I haven't stayed in a hotel that was this good in a long time. It was like a perfect combination of the basic things you need mixed with luxury. I really loved my stay, it was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The bed was amazingly soft and I had really good sleep because they have Blackout curtains. The breakfast was good and had everything I liked. The pool and jacuzzi was really good too. I highly recommend this place because it was sooo worth the money! Special shout out to Ken and Valentina at the front desk, they really helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were friendly too and made the experience even better. It really exceeded my expectations. May God bless this hotel and the staff!

There were just small nitpicking things but overall I really loved my stay.

GREAT staff, clean, spacious, comfortable room, good breakfast options. We loved having the kitchen and sitting area - made our trip very budget friendly. The event we were attending was at the convention center - just a few minutes away. Parking for our room was only a door away, so unloading & loading was super convenient.

The entry door from parking was bent, so tough to open/close. Really, everything was great.

The bartender was so friendly! We enjoyed chatting with him while we had a few drinks before attending a concert at the American Airlines center. We were pleased with the location in relation to the American Airlines center and the room was comfortable and met our needs!

We had to wait a little bit longer than I expected for check in. There were quite a few people waiting to check in.

This hotel was fantastic! The room was much bigger than I anticipated and had a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. I got a lot for what I paid! The staff was really friendly and the area was nice. There are a couple of nice restaurants just around the block that I could walk to. The cleaning service did a wonderful job, too!

In the middle of the night, about 3 am both nights, there were some very loud guests gathering and yelling/laughing outside of my room in the hallway. I don't hold this against the hotel, but it was the only bad part of my stay.

Great location Uptown/ big clean room with kitchenette, garage parking right on our floor ($20)/friendly staff - very positive Waffle Lady at breakfast makes one feel great.

Shower in Room 336 didn’t work well - the shower lever on faucet would only go up half way meaning half of water was running full force out of faucet on my feet and much less was running on my head out of the shower head. Faucet looked like it had been repaired recently - not well enough; reception pantry shop had no plantbased foods :( - breakfast had very little; maybe some beans, tofu, seitan or Beyond Meat Sausages?

I was there for a concert and the arena was within walking distance from my hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. My suite was large and comfy.

Smells a little old but probably just because an old building but the remodeling was done well.

The property’s location made it very easy to reach different locations—especially our concert—very quickly. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. I liked the kitchenette and closet area.

You’re about to address the issue that was quite surprising—the older furnishings. I didn’t like that I could hear so much of the goings on of the guests above us on the second floor; they were extremely loud.

The staff were all very friendly, respectful, and kind!! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard to any hotel breakfast but I loved how they has different types of milk available, including Almond milk! The parking garage was convenient, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. I didn't mind paying for parking! The bed and pillows were actually comfortable to where I was able to sleep the whole night, which is rare when staying at a hotel. The location was spot on to where we wanted to be. A lot of restaurants, shopping, and activities were in a 10 minute walk and the rest were within a 10-30 minute drive! If you are looking to stay some where close to American Airlines Arena, this is it! It was an easy, short 10 minute walk and saved us $30 in parking!!

I don't really have anything to complain about.... maybe an indoor pool/hot tub 🤷‍♀️
