Location of the hotel was very good, so was my room. Overall, the facility despite being more than forty years old, was well-maintained, clean and calm. It provides excellent access to the centre of the city. Kudos to the reception and the restaurant services. I recommend it to the sole travellers as well as to the families with children.

In terms of hotel category, my expectations were met. I did not experience any hindrances or awkward moments. Perhaps, after three days of my stay, the continental breakfast seemed to have been a bit of monotonous. Some final touches with more fruit and vegetables will help to boost the final impression.

This Hotel is real retrostyle, we even had a casette player in our apartament:-) Maybe some people don't like but I do. Everything was clean and nice, room was really big, we had an apartament, with living room, where was a TV with couch and bedroom, also with TV, so if you don't like to watch same thing, here you are. Beds were comfy, I need small pillow so I asked for it, and it wasnt problem. Restaurant has nice food, we came late and they cooked for us and I would like to thank to Juraj, waitress, he was really nice and very helpful. Thanx a lot.

Hotel is under construction right now, so there might be some noise over the weekdays from 9:00 till 16:00 but thats only upper floors. I dont see this as a problem, but maybe some likes to sleep pre day:-))

Awesome value for the price. Good breakfast, has everything you need to start the day. Great location in Michalovce, right next to major cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. Easy to check-in/check-out, reception open 24/7. Had good WiFi

Amenities are a bit outdated, room had an old carpet, hardwood floor would be nice to have. Bathroom looked way better and newer than the room itself. Keys could be upgraded to cards, like in most modern hotels

The facilities were excellent. Ample parking.

The choice of cooked food for breakfast was extremely poor. On Saturday it was fried eggs and sauerkraut sausages and I don't like sauerkraut. Nothing else. No bacon was available either morning. Extremely disappointing.

First I was given the keys to a room where a smoker was before me. The air in the room was heavily masked with some kind of a spray, it was very hard to breathe. After speaking to the receptionist, she very willingly changed the room for me. After that everything was just great!

The hotel is located in a city centre. I had a nice view over the city. A room provided a basic accommodation, a bed was comfortable. Tasty breakfast is served in a nicely decorated restaurant. Staff was attentive.

The hotel is actually bit old and starting to look run down however I had a comfortable stay and my room was spacious and there is off street parking and a good breakfast

The breakfast was excellent and every day was something different. When we came later, the waitress asked me, if i would like to have something extra (scrambled eggs, parky), because they wont make a whole bunch of it, but for me on the plate. Loved this approach. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The bed was wonderful and sleeping there was comfortable. The air-con worked and was really quiet. The hotel is situated at the corner of the main street in Michalovce, by foot we reached any main destination.

There was nothing we did not like, but what was strange was the shower that faced the bed from the side. We did not expect that :o

Great hotel for travelers. We always stop here before crossing the border with Ukraine (40 km). Warm, cozy, retro style of the 60s. Good breakfast and reasonable price.
