Staff really nice, can leave bags and they lock them away. Clean hotel. Excellent location. Nice l'occitane toiletries.

We were on holiday with a group for a wedding so were either out and about or severely hungover in the mornings and the reception rang each morning asking us did we want breakfast (continental). It was a nice gesture but just not ideal for our circumstances is all!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure every guest felt welcome and taken care of. Their warm attitude and willingness to help made the stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like they cared about making our experience perfect!

Price is a bit too high, but this is due to the marathon event happening that weekend.

Stuff was very welcoming and friendly, location of the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of options to choose from. Wellness was highlight of our trip, even though turkish sauna was closed, we had a great time. I appreciated that wellness wasn't crowded.

Located in the historical city center of Košice, Bristol boutique hotel offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the moment you walk in, to the minute you leave you feel well taken care of. Michal at the reception was very friendly and knowledgeable, giving me good tips for trips in and around the city. The room is cosy and clean and the bed comfortable. Good choice in the mini bar, but paid extra. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel offers wellness as well, but I didn't use it, so can't rate. I'll definitely come back.

Lovely staff - all friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, three minutes walk from the cathedral and the main street with lots of restaurants and shops, but it is in a side street so the location is quiet. I enjoyed using the sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Although the hotel does not provide a restaurant service in the evenings, they have arranged for clients to get a 10% reduction at the steak house on the opposite side of the street, where the food was excellent. Rail and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk away.

The location of the hotel is perfect: on the edge of all the action but still quiet. The breakfast was great, with cordial staff and many food choices. The staff took the time to make the couches into a bed for our son before our check-in, which I felt was a nice touch since everything was ready for us when we walked in the room. In my opinion. the great location and the professional, friendly staff are the main reasons why we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel recently changed its policy so you have to pay an extra 20 euros if you need a late check-out (check-out is 11 but they can give you until 12; after that, they charge for another night). I think charging for a late check-out doesn’t really fit the vibe of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions and has a very good restaurant across the street. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and enough for our needs. There is a private parking so we didn't have to worry about our car and the staff was kind and gave us all the needed information.

We would have liked to enjoy the spa facility, but it was full every time we went down for it, because it is available not only for the guests that book a room in the hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Great spa facilities. Lovely rooms. Clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

More variety of fruit for breakfast, but that's only a minor criticism.

We had a nice room on the first floor where we could see the roof of saint Elizabeth´s cathedral. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, you cannot beat the location where all the nice streets are and yet you can still approach with your car and even park. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.
