For us the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to mall, the sea, the airport, bus stop for Promenade des Anglais and Nice city center, free parking offered by the hotel. Good service and staff always offering their help and support. The room was clean and the pillows and bed mattress were very comfortable.

The smell of cooking that sometimes was felt in the hotel lobby due to the bistro located in the same part of the building

The swimming pool was very nice and the food whether at dinner or breakfast was fabulous. So much choice at breakfast and sitting outside was lovely. Need to be careful that the birds don't steal your food when you go back to the breakfast buffet ;)

We used the pull out sofa as we were 3 in the room which made the room really small. Having said that, children stay for free so it was value for money!

This hotel had everything to help us enjoy an unexpected extra day in Nice due to late flight cancellation. We had a great breakfast and then went to explore the local area, with its shops and beach and restaurants. When we returned we got given towels for the children to swim and the boys enjoyed table tennis and kids corner. The staff kept our luggage and it was never too much trouble to keep getting stuff out. Finally we got a private shuttle back to the airport and felt completely refreshed despite our disappointing experience the night before.

The taxi fare to the airport was a shocking 40EUR

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Train station 5 minutes walk, bus - shopping- beach 2 minutes walk. Fabulous base for Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Grasse and my favourite Saint Paul de Varre. Hotel had pool which we didn’t use but great for families with younger children. The hotel left a welcome pack for our children (both teenagers) it was a lovely gesture and gave us all a bit of a giggle- little teddies chocolate juice and a buzz light year pack🤓

The location of this hotel is perfect. The beach is around the corner, opposite is (huge) shopping mall Cap 300, airport on 10 minutes drive (shuttle available) bus and train are around the corner so you can reach Nice Center or Monaco easy without using your car which you can leave safe in the private parking. Lot of facilities for children, large pool, game room, etc. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and on the boulevard are many restaurants. Rooms are quite, clean, with airco, nespresso coffee machine in the room and refrigerator. I expected room to be a bit larger but it was not a real problem. Hotel is large so can be busy but I never heard any noise from other rooms or guests. If you don’t want to have a hotel breakfast there are a lot of other possibilities in the neighbourhood to have breakfast with more 'local' feel. We will definitely return

Apart from the room size really nothing

The hotel is in a good location, the transfer service to Nice airport was useful, helpful staff.

It was a bit sad that we had to wait for the rooms to be prepared, even though it was already after 3 pm and one of the rooms of our family traveling together was not completely cleaned, a dirty towel was left behind and the bed was messed up.

Choice of food on the menu in tge restaurant. Steak was dreadful!! When we stayed in July. But the food we had on the 7 September (Italian and Ocean salad) was good.

The room we loved in was spacious enough for family of 3 .Bathrooms were clean and tidy.the location is good for anyone planning car trips in and around nice (esp as parking is included )

The breakfast was just about ok . The bread looked quite stale ( advice would be too keep it stored on packets ) until used . Scrambled eggs were offered only until half an hour before closing time . Vegetarians may have bigger challenges

The swimming pool, the outdoor activity area and the location (close to shopping mall with a lot of restaurants close to sea). Very close to the airport. And there's free of charge airport transfer.

The room was quite old and it is not very clean. But it was very functional and provides everything you need. You have separate WC and bath room. And you have a sofa bed for kids.

We've stayed here many times and the location is excellent for the airport, Cap 3000 and restaurants. The room is clean and excellent service overall.

The outside garden and pool areas weren't as tidy as previously. The gate to the pool wasn't working properly. Garden area covered in dead vegetation.
