Perfect location , specially for family with kids

I think the only - for this property would be the smell . I am not sure if they gave us a room for smokers or if you can smoke in the location , anyway when we got in the room there was an intense smell of cigarettes . So the cleaning can definitely be improved.

AC not working

Great location, close to the sea, promenade with bars, several shopping centers. Large free swimming pool. Helpful staff, there was a problem with the air conditioner, but the problem was solved very quickly. Spacious apartments with a large balcony. I RECOMMEND!!!

The furniture in the living room should be updated. The sofa is stained, the chairs are creaky.

Plenty of P space in the underground. Decent living room with 2 sofa beds. Small kitchen corner, Dining table. Balcony with dining table. Bedroom with 1 double bed, Big bathroom suitble for handicapped person. 2 elevators. 4 floor in building. Big swimming pool 25 m long. Heated by the swun. Approx 20 C in middle of September. 200-300 to beach. Fenced and gated safe inner area aound hotel. Reception open morning, afternoon / early evening. Small convenience shop nearby with bakery. Small grocery shop 800 m away. 2 big supermarkets in the region. 3 and 5 km away. Mix of private and public beaches. All with natural gravel stone. Recommend sandals or special swimming shoes. Several bars and eating places within 1 km. A lot more in neighboring villages. 20 minutes to Nice by public bus. 1 bus ticket = 1.5 EUR (subsidized for tourists to get around without a car!). Fewer tourists in September.

The location was good but need to use trains or buses if you don't drive there. Lots around, able to walk to the shops. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Lots of facilities at the hotel.

The hotel was a little run down and could do with a bit of a facelift, the rooms were a little tatty in places and the outside could have done with a bit of cleaning and paint. The train stations are a bit of a walk with young kids to bear in mind.

The reception was really helpful the rooms were modern & looked updated . the pool area was lovely too

our shower wasn’t any good but my parents was so might have just been a one off apartment

Close to the sea

Room wasn’t clean enough, the baby bed was prepared with difficulties though we had ordered it beforehand and there is no the service for rooms cleaning

Pretty quiet place but very close to the beach, a kitchen with all you need for cooking, spacious parking, swimming pool is good as well.

There are not big supermarkets nearby, just small shops

The staff were very cooperative and it was clean but the lighting in the passage’s needs to take care

The instrument’&the kitchen ware was very old also the door keys old system and no ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen

The location is just great, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from local shops, the marina and its restaurants, and the beach...

Too bad this year, there were a few jellyfish in the sea (nothing related to the Residence Heliotel Marine), but we understand this is really an exception... Obviously, the swimming pool was a good refuge 😉
