We stayed for 8 nights, a very good price/quality relation. The breakfast was simple, but good enough, orange juice, almond milk, cream cheese, fruits, toasts, coffee. A location is perfect, close to the beach/Ocean drive, a lot of shops, restaurants and "food to go" places. It was possible to bring own food and drinks and eat them in a nice hotel patio. There are tables, chairs, and power outlets for mobile devices charging. Stuff was helpful, room was clean with a good lightening. First time I have seen a ceiling lightening in US hotels! Wifi connection was fast. Conditioning worked well. Beach towels and sunbeds are included. But for umbrellas you need to pay 15 USD. Airport express bus stop is in 5 min walking.

Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. Beach towels replacement should be organized better.

The room was very nice especially just for one person as myself the bed was very very comfortable the location was awesome..

Some type of flies bugs was in my room near my nightstand and got on my bed not too much of a problem but I did see a roach in the bathroom that I wasn't able to exterminate but give it to the fact of the location and the history of the building it wasn't a big problem and it was just that one

The perfect hotel boutique to stay when in South Beach with friends... The patio with tables is an awesome space to have some drinks and spend the time. Also is located walking distance to the beach and Ocean Drive where all the restaurants and bars are.

Breakfast included is normal but could improve by adding scrambled eggs with potatoes and pancakes... Even if it means charging a $10-$15 fee per person. I wouldn't mind paying that fee every morning during my stay.

The hotel was in a perfect area, in South Miami Beach. About 5 minutes to the beach by foot, close to restaurants, Ocean Drive, bus stations, supermarkets. The room we had was spacious and enough for 2 people. Lovely interior garden accessible for guests. Hairdryer and safe in the room.

The mattress of one bed was noisy and the other one was a bit damaged. The constant smell of weed. Housekeeping wouldn't get into your room daily, only if you hanged the sign by the door. Breakfast was kind of poor (bananas, coffee, milk, bread, peanut butter and jelly and maybe some cereals). We met there with a friend having a different room and she mentioned having bugs in her room. Didn't happen to us, luckily, but thought it was worth mentioning. The overall aspect was a bit different than the pictures.

Step back in time with this old style Miami Hotel with a cozy community courtyard. No need to rent a car if your looking to relax and stay local. The beach, fabulous restaurants and local sundries are all in walking distance. Even though the structure lets you know you're stepping back in time, the beds are comfy and clean and the staff attended to any needs we had.

not the property fault but we arrived for a 4 night stay on a Sunday and no parking any where - eventually fell lucky and got a parking lot for $120 4 nights if it was possible to get parking prior to arrival (we came in from uk and very tired) would make the place perfect.

1. The price-quality balance. Very friendly and professionally competent staff; 2. Perfect location - South of Fifth, South beach, Miami beach, FL. Right on the Washington av., where located all major bars/restos/cafees/supermarkets/laundromats/shops etc. But stop (Washington av. and 5th) is in 1-2 min walk distance from the Hotel; 3. The Hotel provides American breakfasts (it's not much, but you won't be hungry and it is included to the price ;-) : coffee, tea, orange juice, bananas, yogurt, bread toasts with butter and jams. Sometimes I found peanut bars at the breakfast; 4. The Hotel do not hold accidental security deposit on the credit card; 5. King size comfortable bed (corner room 109), very light room with two windows - llloved it; 6. International travellers! If you don't have the US electricity adapters, don't worry - you can recharge your gadgets using USB, installed in the table lamps next to the beds. There are small toiletries provided by the Hotel (shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, body lotions). Security safe is ; 7. 24/7 tea/coffee self-service at the area of breakfast corner.

Dear Management of the Harrison! I rated this property with 8 points. Took away 1 point for the condition of carpets and wooden stairs in the hallways (it should be fixed/repaired). And one more point minus for the internet, which behaved funny during my stay (1/08/22- 1/21/22).

Being at the heart of South Beach, this hotel has one of the best locations in the city. Smack right between South Pointe and Ocean Drive, everything’s close by and the beach is just a couple of blocks aways.

Breakfast could be improved upon to add more variety, such as eggs, bacon, more fruits, etc.

Nice big room and big beds, ideal for 1 night stay in Miami

Not perfect on closer inspection, some mould in the room and toiletries were scarce. Breakfast was very basic and awful, no coffee left and just bread, cereal and a choice of a banana or an orange. everyone delving into the same tub of spread for the toast and squeezy bottles of jam and paper plates.
