Everything was perfect! It was very clean, the pool was great, the beach was amazing (with the possibility to get a chair for free at the beach, which we loved), the breakfast (not included) was great! It wasn’t loud at all (as others wrote in the ratings). We loved the hotel!

The bed was small, but totally fine!

The location is wonderful for a family or anyone who wants to enjoy a calmer South Beach experience, without losing out on anything. The beach service is also excellent and exceeded our expectations. Good sized rooms and an overall nice hotel.

The experience was somewhat let down by a couple of things. Firstly there was huge maintenance work going on, which is fair. It was a bit more disappointing that house keeping was very sloppy. It wasn't dirty per se, but the rooms lacked a feeling of being completely cleaned.

The Savoy is an artfully designed and decorated hotel, with excellent staff and accommodations. The rooms are overall very comfortable and have lovely terraces. We had especially excellent service from the receptionist, Rose, at the front desk. She made sure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the bed in the first room, but Rose immediately resolved the issue with flying colors! The pool area is wonderful and the beach are is excellent. Georges, the beach area manager, was very sweet and kind, he really makes sure every hotel guest is comfortable. The Savoy hotel staff all make this lovely hotel exceptional. The hotel also has a espresso/latte machine in the lobby, along with bottled water in the rooms and at the beach and pool.

The first room we had didn’t have a comfortable bed, but the front desk receptionist resolved the issue immediately and made our stay perfect.

Location, hotel, staff, decor. I was also appreciative that the staff was able to accommodate me and add two more nights to my stay. This is one of my favorite places to stay when coming to Miami.

The Wi-Fi went out about three times during my stay there. Also, on the last two nights I was in a room on the first floor and that was my first time on the first floor. I realize that you can hear people above you walking and it sounds pretty loud and can be disturbing.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Stay at hotel include access to fantastic pool with poolside bar and grill and use of towels/beach chairs on the beach, directly in front of the hotel. Art Deco style rooms were so unique and beautiful.

A little pricey but worth it!

The room was excellent -- it was spacious and very cute, the pool and beach club were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect.

I can't really think of anything except for more grace when asking for a late check-out. As it turned out, we were able to hang out at the pool after check-out, which worked out perfectly fine.

The property had a relaxing atmosphere when you entered the reception area. It’s nicely decorated

The bedroom was nicely decorated but some of the finishes were slightly tired and dated. Like the wallpaper in the bathrooms was coming off here and there. And the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close properly.

The location was brilliant! The pool area was nice and so was the private beach. The outdoor service was good too! Reception staff are friendly too!

Only dislike was that housekeeping never really clean your rooms, they make the bed, change your towels and go.

The staff was amazing! They are very accommodating and kind. David was super sweet to my boyfriend and I, he made the stay memorable. We had a Queen suite that had separate rooms, we stayed in this room for 4/5 days we were there. Thanks to David, On the last day we were upgraded to a king suite with ocean view! Both suites were spacious, clean, comfortable, and cute! My boyfriend preferred the Queen suite because it had a separate room layout like an apartment, I prefer the King suite because the amount of natural light the room received, the room was huge, it had a king bed and I like the aesthetic more. Both rooms were cute, I just think the king suite decore was cuter. This is a historical hotel so they are working on updating the premises; however, the hotel is comfortable, very clean and they have impeccable customer service. The location is perfect, I could walk to any place on South Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was incredibly clean and beautiful. It was so spacious, had great snacks/drinks in the minibar, and staff was very helpful for several things!

Would have preferred a different type of shower that doesn't get water all over the floor (but I know this cannot easily be helped).
