Spacious rooms with fridge, microwave, a/c and large beds.

Too many stairs, there is an elevator only for a few floors. No curtains, very dark roller ups. Very difficult to check in at night since it is self check in and there is nobody available. We ended paying next day during check out. The kitchen sink was dirty with someone else’s food or something which is why we left no tip.

They don’t really clean the rooms during they stay. You need to ask for it. Also for toilet paper all the time.

Great big rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice rooftop pool as well as the hotel's roof terrace. Good internet.

The cleanliness of the room was at a really low level. Rooms facing the street can be problematic for sleeping because it is quite noisy. Our terrace, which was in the picture, did not even exist because that side of the hotel is still under construction.

the property was in a great location, 2 minute walk from downtown. keyless and easily accessible. our room was comfortable and spacious and had a kitchen and refrigerator. we spent a couple days on the roof in the pool.

it’s hard to come up with any rain that we wouldn’t like the property. if I had to pick one thing I would say that it would be nice if the pool had a shaded area. but that’s if I’m being very picky. we travelled during some high UV reported days.

The room felt kind of unfinished but this was totally fine for the cheap price we paid and it was still better than what we needed.

Location was central and it is good for people who like to sleep, the club mentioned on the previous reviews has closed so it is actually super quiet. The room decor was amazing!! Best thing of all it gave us access to Maya Club and this was an AMAZING PERK! great value for money.

Great location - close enough to the clubs, bars, and restaurants to walk, and far enough away that you can’t hear them at night. So many food trucks around, it was so easy to grab something to eat after a long day. The room is huge and was clean. The rooftop pool is amazing!

The hotel is not reachable by phone or text. We did not know how to get into the property. Luckily a cleaning staff happened to be in the lobby to let us in.

The hotel is new. It is very well kept and very well decorated. It really shows there is an effort to make everything as nice and confortable as possible. The room was amazing, and very very big, with a private outside space and private little pool that we were not at all expecting! It exceeded expectations. The bed was very confortable and very big, as were the pillows. The bathroom was good, and clean. The bedroom was cleaned every day. There was a big TV with netflix, and air conditioning. They gave us a hair dryer and the towels were clean and big. The rooftop with a pool was very pretty and well kept, the pool was great. It was cleaned and the pool was maintained while we were up there so I believe it is done daily. The location was very good, on the back streets of the main road, about 5 minutes from Tulum Pueblo centre. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Someone was always at the front desk. Felt very safe. Would recommend!

There is a lot of music. 9 to 9. It is not their fault, as there is a disco and a strip club right across the street. It isn't too bothersome, as the room isolates the sound good enough. But I am 23, and feel that if you are not, you may not like this very much. So, just beware of this aspect and don't complain once you get there if you already know.

extremely interesting, architectural design of concrete in modern patterns, an artist designed the whole place. The staff was very kind and allowed us to stayed late the next day. The location is convenient, there was music across the street. We appreciated the water pressure and air conditioning and functionality, very comfortable—we felt secure and happy the whole time.

Tiny lobby, it was raining a lot when we had to check out, could not stay in the room and felt a little lost as we could not go anywhere.
