The hotel itself is beautiful and charming, like a little green oasis with a pool, located slightly away from the city's busiest areas but still within easy reach. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, offering a perfect escape from the urban hustle. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay. You can choose day by day whether or not to have the room cleaned, and in case you need support with something, you just need to ask in the reception. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but right next door to it there is a mexican restaurant, which is highly recommended, and not so far other nice coffee places and restaurants and right in front a huge super market.

Unfortunately, during my stay, it rained, and since you need to walk through the outdoor courtyard to reach the rooms, it was a bit inconvenient. Nothing too dramatic, just a bit annoying sometimes.

We stayed in the Presidential suite with it’s own rooftop patio and pool. it was a nice large space with all the amenities we needed. Alan at the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful each day. it is very centrally located with many great restaurants and supermarket across street. Loved the big discount offered to Cenote Tortuga.

Hello! This hotel is amazing. Me and my daughter stayed in hotel Pacha in mid April and we had ana amazing time. The rooms were very clean and included all the desired necessities, including air conditioning, a tv and even a mini fridge to keep your water cold. The hotel is in a perfect location being 10 minutes away from the centre and right next door to a 7/11. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely incredible! We often asked for recommendations in which they proceeded to message us multiple options with their closing times and the exact location so we could follow it on google maps! Also, as two woman in Mexico alone they made us feel very safe and made sure to warn us about local scams! I will defiantly be returning and will be recommending to all my friends! I had an excellent experience at Pacha Tulum hotel during my stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with bike rentals next door and a convenient bug shop across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring our needs were met. The room was clean, which added to the overall comfort. The common area in the atrium outside was a delightful space – perfect for work, relaxation, and enjoying a snack or beer by the pool. Pacha Tulum offers a wonderful blend of convenience, hospitality, and a pleasant environment, making it a great choice for anyone visiting Tulum.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacha Tulum; however, one minor inconvenience was the presence of mosquitoes. We recommend future visitors come prepared with repellent to make their stay even more enjoyable. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was fantastic.

I have just returned from an enchanting weekend at Pacha Tulum. I want to express my joy and satisfaction with this unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a welcoming and refined atmosphere that made my stay truly unique. For the price we payed it’s really an awesome thing. The hotel's garden is a true jewel. Surrounded by an explosion of colors and scents, the garden offers a peaceful and serene space, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating apart sometimes you could earing some noises from the street. The care with which it is maintained is evident also if is not a new structure. Bed was very comfy and the room was very good cleaning. The hotel staff deserves applause. Always smiling, attentive to every detail and ready to go beyond expectations to ensure impeccable service. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff contributed significantly to making my stay memorable. They were able to create a warm and familiar atmosphere that really made me feel at home. The hotel's intimate atmosphere, reminiscent of that of a boutique hotel, is another strength. Its smaller size contributes to a more personal and authentic experience. I appreciated the care with which every detail was taken, the subtle lighting let you relaxed deeply. This made my stay definitely comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable!

Just sometimes the street could be noise but that is due to mexican government that is building a new airport and trucks are passing at the moment throught the street where the hotel is locate.

We had a nice time at the Pacha Hotel. The staff was really helpful and gave us some very good recommendations for things to do and eat in Tulum and also in other cities. We were also traveling with our 6-month-old baby and we had a nice experience in that regard too - we had a small cot for free (whereas in other hotels they asked for a fee or do not provide it) and everyone was so lovely with our little one.

The hotel is on a big street and a bit noisy from time to time due to the many cars and trucks that pass by - but to be honest, really bearable!

Rodrigo and Alan were the best. I felt super safe as a solo female traveler. It's right off the main intersection to Coba and Chichén-Itzá, so it's easy to find. The pool is nice and though there were other people at the hotel, it was pretty quiet. A 10 mns walk from the party spots, so the hotel stays peaceful throughout the night - the road looks like it would be busy but after around 11pm there's not any traffic. I slept very well. There is instant coffee in the rooms, but you can purchase nespresso at the front desk for 40 pesos. My friend booked a fancy hotel at the beach and we actually ended up staying here instead because it's so well located to yummy food and night life. The beach is far from entertainment. Also they're tearing down the jungle and jaguar habitat to build those hotels so, stay city center, have more fun, eat better and for less expensive, and don't contribute to the destruction of the environment. It's a win win. I look forward to staying at Pacha the next time I'm in Tulum ❤️❤️ oh also there's a lovely restaurant right next door that I took advantage of when i got in from the bus at 9:30 pm and just wanted a quick bite and sleep!
