Reception staff were great, super polite, helpful and took our bags to our room. The hotel has 4 lifts so was never waiting - we stopped on floor 16 and the view was lovely overlooking the city. Noise was limited even though bars stayed open late . Comfy , clean bedroom and bathroom was nice, powerful shower too. Maids were great too, replenishing toiletries and water. Location- fabulous, literally a 5 minute walk from A Thong roads where you’ll find bars, restaurants and cafes that cater for all needs. Beach areas were clean and nice , right opposite the hotel- cute bars all along too! Would stay again.

It is a beautiful and clean hotel, I have nothing to complain about, lovely staff, great service, delicious food.

I love the location, the clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Amazing ocean views. We were on the 17th floor, lifts were reliable and there was no waiting. This was my second time staying here, will be back to stay again. Staff were all absolutely lovely and helpful.

Good location for beach and bars. Plenty of walking possible but plenty of cabs if you want one.

Did not like a list of rules followed by a 500,000 dong deposit returned if you behave! Checkout seems simple but you have to wait for a visual check don't leave it till the last minute.

panoramic view of the beach from our balcony was beautiful, location of hotel was quite good, of course beachfront and also restaurants nearby. staff were helpful and friendly, assisted to book and arrange one of the best spa experience I had.

hotel, room, restaurant are a little run down with old interior and decor. rooftop pool wasn’t as beautiful as expected, it quite small and side views were blocked.

We left a towel that was with some dirt and they charged us 50VND because they said it couldn't be cleaned

The front desk are friendly and decent special thanks to Alyssa and Steven. The room is clean and tidy. Bathroom is always clean. Breakfast was good with fruits and desserts. Variety of TV channels.

Sometimes the towels smell. AC at the fitness center is not working and no supervision for Gym and pool.

It was right next to the beach. The view was fantastic and breakfast was great. The staff were also very friendly.

Well priced, centrally located hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Wi-fi signal sometimes is weak. I recommemd to add chairs on the balcony but otherwise it is really great hotel.
