The atmosphere of the area was good. The young girl working was super sweet.

The pics online show a nice spacious tub. The tub is standard with rust coming down the wall from the handicap rails... You can't use the tub. It had a drain cover and no way to hold water. There was a dead roach in the fridge. Another dying roach in the closet area. The best closest to bathroom made noises from the metal underpinning every time u got up or down or even rolled. Also the helicopter from the hospital waking us up at 4 am shaking entire room was a lil nerve racking. But that couldn't be helped.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Roswell Inn. I was road tripping and planned an overnight stop in Roswell and am so glad I did. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It even had a good little fridge and freezer where I could put my road trip supplies and re-freeze my cold packs. Also the little aliens our front/their alien mascot is so cute.

Only two suggestions: I wish that there was some of the alien decor in the room. Maybe do a couple with some alien murals or something silly and fun. My second suggestion would be since the place is dog friendly it would be great if there was a little patch somewhere where the dogs could relieve themselves. There is some gravel outside the unit which would do in a pinch for them to pee but that's it.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were also very professional and friendly. I've visited Roswell a few times in the last few months and stayed at other hotels, never thought to book here until recently. Do not let the outward appearance fool you, like it did me. After seeing that it received great reviews particularly with cleanliness, I decided to give this one a chance. The other hotels we stayed were not as clean as I thought they were. This was definitely the cleanest one! Will definitely be our primary pick for future visits.

This hotel was a fantastic option for us for 4 nights because of the price we received (under $75). It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. Check-in process at 9pm was great as well! They provided breakfast but we did not check that out as it was mostly yogurts and coffee. The location is phenomenal! The Mexican restaurant next door serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and does fantastic country fried steak and asado and eggs. The Roswell museum and visitor center are less than 10 minutes away and there are many food options around.

The Wi-Fi worked the 2 hours we were awake our first night check-ed in but never worked the entire rest of our four night stay which would turn us away from staying more than 1-2 nights again. The laundry room/vending machine/ice machine room needs some major TLC...The ice machine was out of order and instead they provided an unsanitary personal cooler with ice. The vending machine had decent options but the canned sodas were $1.75 (buy the bottle for $2 OR get snacks from the Walgreens down the street). The washing machine left our clothes with detergent marks and feeling a little unwashed. The machines are $2 for a wash and $2 (35 mins and we put in an extra dollar to get the time up to 95 so tech. $3 dollars) for a dry.

Checkin was easy and employee provided helpful information on local restaurants and tourism. The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. The nightstands on each side of the bed had convenient plugins for charging phones. The internet was fast and had no problems. The Roswell Inn provided a carry out breakfast for the road with coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, some fruit, donuts and sweet rolls which was good for travelers getting underway.

The Roswell Inn is a great local hotel! The checking staff were very professional even when it was a late check in as we had been driving all day. The room was spotless and very modern! Beds were super comfortable and I fell right asleep. The toiletries were very nice and smelled good. Not overly purfumy just nice clean smells. My son also liked this hotel and said he slept well also. That's a a huge thing for a moody 15 year old! We likes it so much we stopped again a week later on our way back home. Note- the picture of the room was taken when we were checking out. The beds were perfectly made when we checked in.

Honestly there were no issues.

The Inn was as expected of a little motel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but with enough space to not feel cramped for a night. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. There was a breakfast that was a small to-go breakfast you could grab and bring to your room. Just some coffee and little round doughnut things, however it was enough to get you going on your trip.

I half expected the rooms to have a little more alien-decorations like a painted alien peeking around a frame or something similar but overall the room was fine.

This was the cleanest little motel/hotel room we've ever had. Motel office was having some construction for remodeling inside to upgrade, which is always a good thing to see anywhere. This will always be our favorite motel due to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The neighborhood is just about as rough as it gets -- probably not dangerous, but vagrants wander through the parking lot regularly, and items left accessible in your vehicle at night will be taken.

That said, everything on property is pretty well lighted at night, being in the heart of downtown, so it's not especially dark and dangerous.

The room was a nice size and was clean. I like having a refrigerator slightly larger than the dorm-sized ones you often get in a hotel.

My husband sleeps much longer than I do so I could use a place to go in the mornings to do work or read. The "grab and go" breakfast didn't open until 7 (I sat outside on the curb for a while), and there are no chairs and no wi-fi in the lobby. For a while, I sat on a windowsill and then I just stood and tried to do work, but I couldn't do much without accessing the internet. Even reading a book was difficult since there was nowhere to sit.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, wifi worked! Staff was very friendly and helpful. $10 pet fee was reasonable. Room might be tight for more than two people, alone with my dog it was perfect. Location is off Main street, which can be busy, but is a central location.

My only complaint is that I couldn't figure out how to close the drain on the bathtub and that the tv lost signal. Could just be user errors on my part, and it really didn't bother me enough to say anything.
