It exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus, making our travel experience stress-free. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. We were particularly impressed with the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay at this Best Western and would definitely recommend it to others.

While Best Western offered clean and spacious rooms, the overall feel of the hotel was dated. We noticed some minor repair issues, such as a slightly uneven sidewalk and a few worn fixtures. Although these didn't significantly impact our stay, they did detract from the overall modern experience. The pet-friendly policy and friendly staff remained positive aspects, but the datedness of the facilities might be a factor for some guests.

Great Location. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We liked parking right outside our door. Breakfast was good. Got a discount at the restaurant next door as well.

The light switch for the sink area was in the bedroom and the switch for the toilet and shower was in the sink area. Weird. Very noisy. People checked in above us at 10pm. Their children ran back and forth, luggage was thrown on the floor and they talked so loud we could hear every word. Other loud cars ran in the parking lot while they were loading something, at 10pm as well.

the Best Western El Rancho Palacio will definitely be my Hotel to stay at in my next trip to the city of Roswell NM, the facility is very clean and well situated, very helpful staff and professional management, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. the Hotel offers a full delicious breakfast with hot items in case you don't have time to look around for a restaurant that offers breakfasts, parking is free and is within the facility, rooms are kept clean and towels replaced daily thank you again for your service

From the moment I stepped in the front door I was at ease, front office was tidy and smelled clean. Breakfast area was put together well and Breakfast options where amazing! They had tortillas and beans! Very New Mexico. The whole Property was very CLEAN! My room was updated and very comfortable. Nothing scary here, from the clean floors and towels to the awesome smelling lotion and soaps. I truly enjoyed my stay and just wanted to chill in my room. 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay there again

the carpet, I wish it wasn't carpeted. and there is only one chair in the room...we had a dog so we could not go to a resturant, so we had to do take out, but when we got to our hotel room, we realized there is only one chair, so one of us had to eat standing. also, there was a strong smell of baking soda, as if previous tenant had a dog accident so they had to spray the carpet with the baking soda, the smell of the baking soda was very fresh (new, strong as if it just happended the night befofe).

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palacio. The room was spacious enough, nicely decorated, clean, and everything as it should be. The price was very good, and in balance with the amenities offered. The breakfast was delicious, nicely presented, 😁 and offered a variety of options. It was close to roswell's various quirky and fun 😊 attractions, but the hotel was not quirky, thankfully.. ..we will stay here again if or when we return to Roswell.

The price was great for such a nice place so there was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed here for only one night, but the check-in was excellent, parking was great, the room was on the second floor, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, we were able to enjoy the full breakfast before we headed out for the rest of our trip. Hot water - great shower. Full size TV and beds.

This has been one of the best place I stayed during my USA trip. Very clean, great WIFI, comfortable (ask for a room as far as possible from busy main road). Friendly staff, big swimming pool with plenty of space to lay down. Many restaurants close to the place. And....for me...the best was the breakfast ! really great with eggs, sausages, potatoes on top of usual standard stuff.

The TVs are old but ....okay. in a town where the average price of a hotel is 45 to $85, this place asks for much more. They should certainly be able to update their TVs and their linens.

Communication to Booking.com. I told the morning clerk on 11-17-23 that I had home Emergency and I wouldn’t be using my booking for the 17th or 18th. Clerk told me she would take care of it. Then on the afternoon a clerk from hotel call me gave me # of booking.com. Call three times that afternoon and evening no one ever answered
