The room was fine for one person, it would have been too small for 2 people. I sleep reasonably well, however there is a lot of noise from the trains and workers outside. For the price I would have expected a quieter room. Breakfast was organized efficiently and was of reasonable quality. The location was good for getting around.

When I arrived in my room, the bed looked like someone had just got out of bed, there were wet dirty towels around, and rubbish. I explained to receptionist, and the other person who was there, they didn’t understand the problem. (I only speak a little French, however this should never have happened). After they checked the room, I was offered a different room several floors above. I’m 2 months from being 70, and they didn’t offer to help me move my bags. Due to steps on the level I was on, it was difficult for me to move my bags again. No one actually said sorry, they just said they didn’t know how it happened.

It was very close to the train station and a very large shopping mall with lots of different eateries. It was noisy at the front of the hotel, but not the hotel's fault - there was a block of flats opposite with residents hell-bent on partying, the train lines pass very close as they come in to the station, and there is a busy road as well. Merci to the Receptionist who let me conduct check-in, check-out, and all other communications in French - it's very dispiriting to try one's best at a foreign language, only to have the other person answer in English, so I was very happy to have met someone who let me speak French!

Getting into the room was tricky - the key-card has to be held to what looks like an illuminated door-bell on one side of the door - it's not clear that this is the pad to press the key-card to. Apart from that, all was fine.

Super comfortable beds and great shower. Clean room with friendly reception staff

Well situated close to the metro and train station but I would probably choose to stay more central next time in Lyon (especially if travelling solo as a female). Rooms had fantastic double double glazing but as a light sleeper I could still here the trains unfortunately! We unfortunately unknowingly timed our stay when Taylor Swift was playing in town which seemed to have put the prices up to a ridiculous level. I would hope normal “season” prices were not quite so high

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Breakfast was also very adequate. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are enough. But there was no fridge in my room. This is not a problem because it was informed I guess, but I think it would be very good for the hotel. In addition, if you are travelling with someone you are not very friendly with, there may be a little privacy problem because there is no door to the bathroom.

I liked Location, Price, Facilities, The room was super clean, I requested two separate beds and they were not able to meet it. overall it was good experience. any other product that we requested was fully delivers in room service

Staff was pretty rude, I asked to pay in cash and they refused stating having no change, I asked for separate beds and they say that it is not possible. I asked what was the MUST SEE in Lyon and they did not care to answer my question

Really close to Lyon Part Dieux Railway station, good soundproofing, had a little balcony, comfy bed, kettle to make tea, excellent breakfast and really nice helpful night porter.

Tiny bathroom where shower wasn’t fully enclosed so difficult not to splash water everywhere- but was perfectly adequate for showering.

Modern, clean and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room which was great. Convenient for the train station and metro. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. Dining area had great views of inner courtyard

Room was small and the safe didn't work. Location wasn't particularly attractive.

The location conveniet to the Lyon Part-Dieu. Quite street, rather good isolation, breakfestalso available. It seems to be recently renovated.

There are several room facing the train tracks ( literaly 5 m away). ThoughI think night trainsmaybe rare, as I did not hear any. Rooms are rather small, but for me was ok.

The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the railway station. We were greeted by a friendly and courteous staff member. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. A kettle and supplies for hot drinks were available in the room.

The room was noisy as we could hear the trains throughout the night. The toiletries in the bathroom had not been replenished.
