This is an excellent value for the money spent. The facility was clean and well-kept. The room was spacious and well-stocked. The hotel itself was quiet and had a calming atmosphere - the bed was located furthest from the door and there was no hall noise (children, door slamming, voices) to be heard. The staff were polite and professional. The breakfast offered an excellent variety and was well looked after.

I have no suggestions for improvement. Everything was excellent.

Location for us was perfect as my family just lived 10 minutes away. Bus stop to square one shopping mall was just across the street and very convenient to IMAX and restaurants. Staff were awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great.

Our room was right by the elevator and ice machine and on the traffic side of the hotel. Between guests coming and going and the constant traffic noise, had a terrible time sleeping and ended up using earplugs. We were guests of this hotel for 3 days and other than this complaint everything else was great.

Late check in and out,breakfast was excellent with quality coffee and fresh everything great location near airport but far enough that you don't hear airport noise. Room was large and clean, with crisp bed sheets .The free parking is a bonus. Our hotel of choice.

Could not find anything wrong with this hotel

The boil eggs should not be serve chill or place in a fridge. It should be place in a warmer, so as to avoid customers from placing them into the microwave.

The Kitchen Staff needs to be more considerate when speaking to Customers, if something goes wrong. They are rude.

Nice Senior Lady at Front Desk Desk in Evening Shift..very kind and always asked guests if they need something. Very pleasant personality

No gas station nearby, fewer restaurants, maybe a bit inconvenient for people without a Car ...over all Good Experience

The hotel is very conveniently located by the airport. The linen were not refreshed even after being requested but they told me its done every 3 days due to the pandemic aftermath so I didn't push that further. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Overall hotel was clean, staff was polite. It was good value for money.

Stayed overnight after a late night flight - located not too far from the airport, the free parking and indoor pool were great. There isn’t much near the hotel, but it’s perfect for the night before or after a flight. The breakfast had a very wide selection of items, including scrambled eggs and sausage

I liked the way the rooms are designed the view through the window since l was in the top room. It gives a kind of freedom and makes feel free. I liked the facilities provided in the room including the ice machine outside the room. I also liked the quality of cleaness.

I wish there were bar and restaurant facilities provided. Because when someone checks in, he/she wants to have a good time by staying in room or without going away from the hotel.

Suzanne at the front desk was amazing. I remembered her from the last time I stayed at the hotel because of how awesome she was. Super sweet, helpful, amazing attitude and just overall a great person. I had to specifically mention her because she deserves the recognition. Overall, the staff we met during our stay were all amazing and the hotel itself was great. Really enjoyed our stay here.
