Location: It is very near to both female and male prayer areas. When I say near, it takes almost 2-3 minutes to reach the prayer place and 5-7 minutes on average when we include the lift duration at busy near prayer times. Accessible Entrance at the side of Masjid anNabwi: A BIG PLUS for families accompanying elderly parents and especially wheelchair users. A very minimal slope (almost none) that doesn't need any additional assistance. Even in busy hours the guards were making way for wheelchair users and giving priority at the lift entry. This is something really kind of them and is not available at most other hotels. Suite: Clean, comfortable with a cozy modern touch. It has a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer combo, and efficiently working electrical stove. It is equipped with medium and large-size plates, forks, knives, spoons, cooking pans ( medium and large sizes), frying pans (medium and large sizes), serving glasses, and tea mugs. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and washing powder/liquid to your use. Housekeeping and Cleanliness: To the mark, they were regular without even needing to be reminded. Easiness of grocery shopping: the hotel's entrance is in front of Bin Dawood Supermarket, making it much easier to get daily necessities. The Reception: They took a few minutes for a smooth check-in. We requested 1 hour late check out and they were pleasantly accommodating for the request. The staff at the reception were very helpful, respectful and polite in dealing with customers.

The utensils selection in the kitchen can be better. We took our frying and serving spoons, which were useful. But overall there is nothing we did not like.

Had an excellent experience from check-in through the entire stay. The hotel is conveniently close to the Haram and easily accessible. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable, making for a pleasant and restful stay."

Great location. The property has been renovated beautifully. The suite was very nice, clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff were very helpful.

No restaurant or breakfast at the property. The bathrooms flooded after taking showers. Not good drainage of water in the bathrooms.

I recently stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised by its prime location. It’s conveniently situated near local shops and just a short walk from The Mosque, making it easy to explore the area. The decor is modern and fresh, setting it apart from other hotels and suites I’ve experienced. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility during their stay.

During my stay at the property, I appreciated several aspects, particularly the modern decor and convenient location close to local shops and The Mosque. However, I did encounter some issues with the staff, as a few members, particularly from the Saudi team, seemed a bit rude and slow to respond to requests. Additionally, we experienced leaks in two bathrooms that were not addressed during our stay. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was pleasant, with the rest of the team being polite and accommodating.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing, the size, the facilities, and everything else about it was perfect. Also location was absolutely brilliant. Literally a couple of steps and we were in the Haram courtyard. The house cleaning staff also did a brilliant job daily.

The staff at the reception desk were the down point of our stay. Especially a lady named Maryam and another man whose name I can't remember seemed to be very rude and were not willing to accommodate any requests, even though we booked the deluxe family suite and paid quite a lot for it. There are also apparently no facilities in the lobby to use. We had requested a late check out as our train was in the evening. But we were refused this and when we asked if we could use any toilets we were told there non for us to use. Having my elderly parents with us and for the reception staff to be able to clearly see them sitting in the tiny lobby, and to still refuse us from using basic facilities like toilets was a major let down. And I hope this can be addressed immediately.

First and foremost is the location. Probably one of the nearest hotel along the northern gates. Not only it is near to the mosque central courtyard, it has multiple entrance on 3 sides of the building. The hotels corridors was infused with enchanting madinah perfumed. There were arabic coffee and dates in the lobby available 24 hours. The rooms are overly spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and dish washer. 2 bathrooms, the master bath room is bigger than your normal hotel room. Comfortable beds, relaxing sofa in the spacious TV lounge, breakfast peninsular where you can serve food hot from the cooker...and the list goes on and on. The infamous Taiba shopping mall is in the same building where you can do shopping without leaving the building. Tasty small food shops also adjacent to the hotel main entrance. Ice cream parlour (same building- beside Gate 330 hotel entrance). Huge bin dawood store is just opposite your side entrance. Hop on and hop off bus stop is less than 5 mins walk. The price is appropriate for its location and all the amenities. This is the perfect hotel, it just tick all the necessities and beyond...So you can focus performing the ibadah

it was a fantastic, beautiful brand new suite. Does adequate space for our small kids to enjoy with their toys. The room service was absolutely fantastic to clean the room every day and put in fresh bedsheets and towels. Our housekeeping staff was Saleem raza and imran Hussain. do a very kind to us. They would ask us what time we would like to have the room cleaned and we gave them a time around prayers so we could be at home when they clean. they even helped us load our bags. I would recommend Taiba Suites to everyone who visits Madinah. It is top level service.

The room size and furnishing is amazing. Location is absolutely brilliant.

Currently no restaurant is available but there are food options nearby. No option for late checkout by the staff. On asking for a late checkout the answer is a blank no.

Location - just infront of Masjid Nabawi. Very convenient for family with small kids. Also very near shops and Bindawood. Lifts- enough and no long waiting, which was perfect. Washing machine, kitchen, living room- excellent! Bed and pillows- very comfortable. The suite was very big! Very comfortable for family with 3 kids. I love the suite!

The cleaning service- not as thorough with the cleaning, some days very clean, some days not so (depends on the staff). There was an unpleasant smell near my bathroom - it seems that there was a ventilation issue, we can smell sewage outside our bathroom. There was no breakfast. Otherwise i would rate this suite as excellent 10/10 Also I didn't like that the staff locked us out twice. We had to go to reception to get the cards working.
