The Hotel is centrally located within a couple of minutes direct walk to Masjid An Nawabi. It is also opposite Bin Dawud supermaket and the Taiba Centre shopping mall. Due to the hotels location is was very easy to reach the masjid for each salah

When we booked the hotel on Booking.com it was on the basis that payment is to be made to the hotel upon arrival even though I was perfectly happy to pay online by credit card. 1 week before our arrival the hotel was messaging us daily that they are unable to process our credit card payment and to transfer the money to their bank account. I was reluctant to send all money in SAR incase something went wrong so decided to send a payment of 1 nights fee as a deposit. Despite requesting the hotel to confirm receipt they did not. We found the cost of breakfast (GBP33 p.p.) and lunch/dinner (£45 p.p) at the hotel to be extortionately high but as we had young children with us we were forced to pay on some days where we could not eat elsewhere.

I would prefer a bit more cleanliness in toilet. there were in moulds on toilet wall

During peak time quite long que to get into escalator to the room We are only 2 person's but hotel gave us room with 4 beds, which consuming free space for us to relax

Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Ms. Ibtihal & Mr.Omar for the great hospitality. Upon my arrival Mr. Omar did an upgrade for my room to a Suite which was very clean and comfortable. A fruit Plate was also delivered to my room upon my arrival. Ms. Ibtihal at Guest Relation was very kind and helpful during my stay. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. I will definitely visit the hotel again. Thank you very much.

The location is close to Haram ladies entry. Rawda is far on the other end. But considering, Rawda will be performed only about once or twice in a trip, this hotel sits in a great location. There's a supermarket (bin Dawood) diagnolly opposite to this hotel. Just next to this hotel is dates market (inside Al Madina building - don't quite remember the name) to buy the dates. Lot of eateries options around. The buffet breakfast could have been better, but it's clean and nice for the people liking healthy options. Good and welcoming staff. It was a great stay

Tameem was absolutely amazing! Got there wayyy 8 hours before check-in with the hotel completely booked and none checked out of a room similar to what we booked, May Allah reward Tameem, he immediately helped us get an upgraded room to haram view and made sure we were well rested. If I could give 100 stars Tameem and this hotel deserves it! The room was absolutely fantastic with the most perfect haram view and service was spectacular. It was a stone throw away from the Nabiyyis mosque (female side).. Would definitely come back Insha Allah
