Beautiful family suite nicely appointed and very well designed with good lighting. Amazing bay windows with automated curtains. Spacious areas and well separated for privacy. Very comfortable bed with good support. Thoroughly enjoyed the room facilities.

Sad to say that the breakfast was very disappointing. The only options offered were Western breakfast or Chinese breakfast and there were no variations for the whole of our 5 days stay. Very boring!! On top of that, the cereal on our first morning (Friday) was stale and not at all crunchy. Perhaps it was because they opened the box on Monday and was still using it by Friday??!!?? On Tuesday, the cereal (same kind - corn flakes, no variation) was crispier. Maybe it was a new box.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall and a metro station, making it easy to access shopping and transportation. The rooms were immaculate and provided a high level of comfort, which made our stay very pleasant. A highlight was the availability of a drinking water tap in the room, which was very convenient because we have a baby. We appreciated that our rooms were close to each other, which made coordinating with family members easy. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience.

- The metro line near the hotel had poor connections to other lines, which often required us to take longer routes. - The check-in process was quite lengthy, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey.

The room was good and the locationwas excellent given the MRT is right next door. The shopping centre in the same building was also handy.

I didnt like that you had to book to use the pool. I didnt like that the buffet was only open for breakfast one day out of the six that we were there. The concierge didnt provide the information that we needed each time we approached them. They need to be able to provide more information about restaurants and speak better English to cater for all clients.

The hotel is conveniently located in Mongkok and sits above a shopping mall and Mongkok East MRT station. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms provide generous space for HK, the gym/swimming pool/hot tub are excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We found the staff very friendly, although this is a rather large hotel and the service can therefore feel impersonal.

The lack of a room service is puzzling considering that this is a 5 star hotel. Room service really ought to be provided in a hotel of this category.

Location is strategically located in tourist area, MTR just below the building and Double queen beds is a plus with its spacious room space. Ver walking distance to lots of nice food. will stay again if visit HK in future.

Building a big old, Aircond loud at night, price on higher side. No breakfast room price, but near hotel lobby there is Ming Wah local style restaurant which complimented this.

The location is pretty great and the room is rather clean. All the staff are friendly and warm-hearted.

The overall feeling is pretty good, however some suggestions are provided, which the check out time is 11:00 is a little early. If changed to 12:00 noon that will be great, and when I checked-in, I was asked to pay a deposit 2000HK dollars, I have not experienced this thing for several years, and I do not understand what the deposit is used for. Moreover, the air-conditioner in room 1902 living room is not effective especially for the heating function, and there was some noise all night.

Very strategic location where it is close to both MTR and East Rail Link stations. Adjacent to the MOKO mall where you can find almost everything. Also walking distance to many local restaurants and street food. Highly recommended.

The lack of friendliness in most staff. They seem 'tired of people' and robotic. Most of them just wanted to get their job done instead of really giving guests a sense of belonging/welcome. But overall, maybe that's just how Hong Kong people really are.

Well maintained, nice rooms, good aircon.

No power outlets for international travelers. You need a converter. No real refrigerator in the room, cannot store things like milk for children. 3 weddings happening and the jacuzzi was closed. No breakfast.

The location!!!! The hotel is in a mall! Where you have eveything, food, pharmacy, shopping, metro station, the location it s 10/10! The rooms are super, 2 double beds!

Well … it wasnt so super clean, some strands of hair in our room, but … everything was great!

I love that it is located next to MOKO mall and near mongkok and prince edward mtr stations! Beautiful hotel room and toilet. Wonderful pillows and bedsheets. Staff is really efficient with the check-in and check out.

Everything looks so beautiful, clean and neat, but the bed isn’t comfortable. The mattress feels worn and old, bed feels sunken with not much cushion. When my husband turns, the entire bed moves and at times creaks.
