Our stay was great! The beds were comfy and clean we stayed in Springfield but did a lot of stuff in Branson.The kick back and free breakfast saved us so much money on food during our four night stay. The pool and hot tub were nice but on our last night the pool area was close because they are renovating it the kids were sad but not a super big deal then did give us a little discount for the last night because of the pool. Overall great experience staff was amazing.

It was clean, breakfast included a good variety of foods, the staff was really friendly and there was a pool, a fitness room and a laundry area. It is also located close to the highway.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the toilet in room 208 didn't flush well-it had to have the handle held down for a significant amount of time to properly flush.

I liked most the lighting, the location, the pool and spa, the in-room hot tub, and the cleanliness. I also loved the kind and accommodating staff and the delicious breakfast.

I wish there had been better ventilation in the bathroom. it got super steamy and there was no fan we could manually adjust. (They told us that they are going to renovate that soon). It also seemed like the air conditioner was leaking a little because there were some wet spots on the carpet near it. (We told them and they said they will do something about it). The stay just didn’t seem worth the expensive price, though It was wonderful overall. :)

I've always enjoyed my stays at the Drury Inns with the price and the meals you get your money's worth

There was only the incident with a bug(I believe a cockroach) we killed it reported it hopefully they took care of it and I didn't home home with any little companions

Very clean! The bed was very comfortable. They had fresh hot coffee ready when we left at 3 in the morning,! Very quiet too!

Can't complain about anything. A little expensive since we don't make use of the happy hour or the breakfast. The safety,comfort and cleanliness are worth it.

Breakfast fine, would have preferred sausage a little more done. Good overall. Location was good as well.

Some of food choices, I tend to be picky eater and the size cups for soft drinks could be bigger so don’t have to keep going back for refills before finish food.

Breakfast was excellent and breakfast room was clean and stocked and staffed if you needed something. Worth the value. Stayed in hotels in Alabama and Georgia that were 30-40 more a night and half as nice. Very pleased.

Maybe better parking? Idk it was pretty perfect.

The location was great for going to the convention site across the street. I felt saft walking at all times of the day.

No walk signs at in front of the complex. I had to walk to mid block between signal lights.

The staff members were helpful, professional, and very willing to do what they could to meet a need or solve a problem. They were very good ambassadors for the hotel. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was very clean, and the location was good for my trip.

The food, by and large, was a C+. I don't expect a lavish spread at any hotel, but with just a little more effort the food offerings could be really good. If necessary, don't offer as many choices, but make them better. The food was really the only aspect of the hotel where there's room for improvement.

All the staff were super friendly, check in was a breeze, evening reception is a nice thing Drury does and nice way to wind down after day of traveling.

Older hotel could use a face lift,,, still has bathtub/shower,,, prefer walk in shower.
