The location is really nice as it is just around the corner of the main train station. All the staff I talked to was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You still have to pay a 2 Euro Frankfurt tourist tax on arrival and you get a really nice and big bottle of water. Late at night, the hotel is locked but staff is very quick and friendly to open the door when you come back. The room was small but very nice and had everything, incl. and AC. I really like the room and it's perfect for one person. Nothing big but just right. The breakfast was nice and yummy. I would come back!

There were some small black stains on the bed sheet and the elevator stops between floors. That's not one's fault as the building is the building it is, but one thing to keep in mind when you come, like me, with a 25kg suitcase.

Quiet Location near the Frankfurt train station. Very clean nice modern comfortable rooms ( with breakfast ). AC in the rooms. Super friendly staff. Excellent value for money

Lift stops between 2 floors so you need to use a few stairs. Easy but not so comfortable if you have heavy luggage.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that the receptionist spoke Spanish, it was a nice surprise.

Net to the bed was a heather protected with a small fence; the fence was covered in dust.

I adore accommodations like Hotel Cristall.  All the staff were friendly, helpful and wonderful!  I arrived in Frankfurt ahead of schedule and was absolutely exhausted.  I had read that I would be able to leave my luggage in Frankfurt Central Station lockers, and I looked forward to taking advantage of that option.  Unfortunately, I could not find them in my tired state.    I was aware that Hotel Cristall's check-in time started at 2pm CET, so I was reluctant to inquire and/or be of any inconvenience.  That said, I was too tired to be dragging my luggage around the city until check-in.  So, I mustered up some courage and inquired.  There was no reason for my anxieties.  They were very welcoming and accommodating.  At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing anyone.  If need be, one is allowed to store one's luggage before check-in and after check-out.  It's the world of a difference. By the time I read the response and arrived at the Hotel Cristall, the staff were able to go even further beyond my expectations.  I was able to check-in ahead of schedule.  My body and mind were extremely grateful for the gesture.   Hotel Cristall is one of the wonderful accommodations which welcomes one with a bottle of water.  I very much needed and appreciated it.  They include a European breakfast, which adds even more value for money. It's location is currently a blessing and a curse. I adore the hotel's proximity to Frankfurt Central Station. I could go on.  If possible, I would stay again and I would recommend it to all my friends, family, and everyone.  Thank you, Hotel Cristall for setting the bar high and for a wonderful introduction to Frankfurt!

I like it's proximity to Frankfurt Central Station, but some of the activity I saw taking place in the surrounding area is not my cup of tea.

The Hotel is located within 5 minute-walk from Frankfurt am Main Central Station but very quiet. The room was rather small but very confortable. The offered breakfast was mostly cold dishes, different types of bread, cheese, hams, cereals, mineral water, several types of juice, and additionally a boiled-egg and a toast. Besides there was a coffee machine serving different types of coffee. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

When I asked one of the staff members for a sewing kit because it was mentioned on the information card in the room, the staff member did not know about it. He could find it anyway in the end. This staff member could have learnt what was written in the service menu of the hotel in advance in order to avoid those misunderstanding.

Located next to the HBF super convenient to catch an early train and head to the airport, also easy to get around the city. The room is clean, breakfast is simple yet delicious, staff are friendly.

I was placed in the room next to the reception and I could hear noises and chatting all the time, even at midnight, the sound insulation isn't so great.

It was a little bit too hot inside, but then again, it's usually the same in all hotels in the area. I was very grateful the windows could be opened for the night. Like on most railway stations in Europe, there are some seedy-looking people hanging around in the area. They probably won't bother you in any way, but some of the more sensitive customers might feel a little intimidated.

We arrived very early after a 19-hour flight, and we were accommodated with a very early check-in, which was exceptionally friendly and appreciated. We were even allowed breakfast immediately since we had an early checkout the next day. This greatly impacted our stay in Frankfurt, and we were overwhelmed by the kindness we hadn't expected. Our room and the place, in general, are tastefully and mindfully designed. We loved the modern design and especially the love for each detail. We will stay again in Hotel Cristall😊. I believe this place is very beloved.

We were very pleasantly surprised! We spent one night in Frankfurt and had to arrive late and leave early in the morning. The hotel is right outside the station but we felt safe, so perfect if you arrive late and do not want to walk around the area at night. The lady at the reception was lovely, beds comfortable, room clean and quiet even if the window was on the street. Nice breakfast as well.

We were on the 1st floor and to get the elevator there, we would still have had to take some stairs. It was no problem for us, but could be for someone with limited mobility.

I am completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room is sufficiently spacious for a single occupant, the bed is comfortable, all appliances are in working order, cleanliness is good, and the location is convenient for getting around the city and traveling to the airport. I have some concerns about cleanliness in this area, but the hotel cannot be held responsible for that. Additionally, there is a police station nearby, so I did not notice any safety issues. I would recommend the management to consider some minor cosmetic repairs in the hallways, but overall everything is quite satisfactory.
