The apartment was only a five minute walk from Termini station. Lorenzo is an exceptional host. Breakfast was plentiful and the wifi was strong. The apartment is less than 100m on the left of Carlo Catteneo st. and before the park. Recommend Huaweiju Chinese restaurant when you turn right from C. Catteneo about 80m on the right side of road. Busy, cheap and delicious. Also if you like Italian across from Chinese restaurant is Trattoria Giovanni di va Roma a small restaurant with check table cloths and an owner who sings and plays a guitar, occasionally.

Nothing at all

It’s super close from Roma Termini (literally 2 min walk for me) and also close to the bus stop so it’s really comfortable to travel around. First time using bnb and Lorenzo is the best host ever. He came very early to match our schedule and made us amazing breakfasts which gave us the energy for the whole day. The room is clean to the corners even under bed, and so does the bedroom. Facility is even better than 3-4 star hotels that we’ve been using. If we come to Rome again we will definitely stay at the place again. Thanks so much for giving us the beautiful image of Rome and Roman people.

Perfect location, only steps from the Roma Termini train station. Great location for all public transport. Lorenzo was the ultimate host! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious! Our flight arrived early, and Lorenzo welcomed us with a lovely cappuccino. Luckily, our room was available and we were able to check in early and get a head start on touring Rome. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay at La Girandola if we’re lucky enough to visit Rome again. Grazie Mille, Lorenzo!

A few steps, (maybe 10) when you first enter the building to carry luggage up, but there’s an elevator from there, up to the apartment. Not a big deal.

We had a great experience and Lorenzo was an excellent host. Breakfast was just perfect to start the day with energy for the visits. We loved our stay, the room was very clean, the bathroom excellent. The location is perfect and we could walk everywhere from there. The Termini is just one step so made our transfer to the airport so fast. We recommend this place to everyone. If we come back to Rome, that we will be the place we will return to. One more thing: Coffee was delicious.

Lorenzo was a very friendly and welcoming host. He got our room ready just as soon we arrived and he even offered some very good coffee which we couldn't refuse.we La Girandola Bed & Breakfast was a few steps away from the Terravision shuttle bus stop in Termini. The included breakfast was substantial. We had coffee, fruit juice , yoghurt , donuts, croissants and some pizzas. Our room was right next to the street and we could hear through the window a man singing about his devotion to Rome and its football team in the middle of the night which we thought was funny. There even were umbrellas by the door just in case guests needed them. We definitely would stay here again whenever we're in Rome.

Good location, excellent host

Lorenzo is a gracious host, always cheerful and kind. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable, the location excellent for its convenience to Roma Termini. The breakfast is ample and delicious with both sweet and savory pastries. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome.

It can get a bit noisy being so close to the train station with a lot of tourists walking to hotels in the area. Quiet enough at night, though, when it really matters.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Girandola. Perfectly located right next to Roma Termini station, you have access to the regional train, metro train, coaches, as well as the bus & tram systems. There is an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores around the immediate area. Our host Lorenzo was sweet and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable instantly. He was very considerate and understanding when it came to the check-in and check-out times and allowed us to keep our luggage there until we needed to leave for our next flight. The breakfast was generous and delicious, surprising us with something different each morning. The facilities in the room was great, with a TV, mini fridge and toiletries provided.

Whilst the building provided some natural sound-proofing, you do have to bear in mind that the location is situated is a busy area, therefore some traffic noise does filter through. This is not a major issue though as it is to be expected.

Lorenzo was the friendliest host we had in our trip. He made us feel at home and helped us with anything needed. One day we had to start very early and he gave us breakfast before the normal schedule, so we appreciated it a lot. Everything was very clean.

When we arrived, we had trouble finding it, because from the outside it does not look like a bed and breakfast. The main door looks a bit scary, and once you enter, you need to go upstairs. But once you enter the correct door, it is quite nice.

Location was perfect. Close to everything and right next to Termini station and even closer to the express train to the airport. Breakfast was great and Lorenzo even made us a take-a-way breakfast the one morning when we had to go out early. He also gave us a larger room after one night which was appreciated. The stay was really great!
