The staff were AMAZING! 🤩 They were so attentive and wonderful to our group. There was also a small store right next door that was open late, which was amazing for our group! There’s also an amazing boulangerie just 5 minutes away with the most amazing breakfast. While the location might not be the closest to everything, it was a short walk to the Metro, RER, and other transportations.

The shower sizes were inconsistent across our groups. One was a small square, one was a decent rectangle, one was an entire bath tub. So just be cautious if you need more space.

The staff were friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Mourad was very very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. He provided us with an umbrella when it was raining and that was very handy as couple of hours later there was heavy downpour.  He also provided us with something to eat and drink before our return flight as it was very early in the morning. Our stay was pleasant, comfortable and nice. The rooms were comfortable and are a good  size. It was fresh, clean and a modern deco. The neighbourhood is diverse, people in the area are friendly we felt safe as we travelled late at night. The metro is 10/15mins walk from the hotel. Also there are lots of shops in the area. All in all it was a good experience.

I wished there was a bit more variety during breakfast e.g like eggs, bacon etc all the same it was still good.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable roon, quiet location, liked having a desk to work at. Lovely area - residential with some fun places to explore nearby. 3 metro lines nearby - really not that "far out". I liked the neighbourhood very much

Quite a distance from metro lines - walking back at night wasn't enticing as the nearest stations closed early - so not as convenient to get back at night from central Paris/left bank.

Room was all we needed, bed was super comfortable. For a three star property it was way above average. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We chose this place because of the location, away from the crazy prices nearer the heart of Paris. The Hotel went as far as to warn us of the proximity to all the main tourist sites. We look for places like this, five minute walk and fifteen minute train ride and we were in the heart of Paris. Saved at least 200 euros a day. Breakfast was just ok, Never changed in our three day stay. Would we stay here again? In a heart beat!

The showers were unique, kind of hard to get in and out of. Not a lot of good dining spots close by, maybe we are a bit picky.

The room was nice and clean, lovely bathroom. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Location, hospitality of front desk staff

While the menu at a steak house is expected to be non-vegetarian, it would be highly appreciated if the staff can help with a quick vegetarian sandwich.... Just mentioning 'that there are no options outside the menu, and failing to provide an alternative, especially after a long and tired day, with kids, does not bode well with the hotel's brand A little bit of courtesy and empathy and some quick thinking to even share breads as options will go a long way in customer service

Great hotel and perfect for a our 1 night stay! Staff were lovely and helpful - bonus early check-in which was unexpected!! We were prepared to store our luggage but they had the room ready well before the check-in time which was to our advantage after a long flight and no additional charge. We LOVED the French window - being from Australia the room temperature can get too hot and stuffy for us. Room was really clean and perfect nights sleep. Public transport was close enough, expect 20mins or so to get into the city from the train station.

What I liked most in this property is the true hospitality of the staff. They were very nice and helpful at all times. I would like to special mention one of their reception staff (Mourad) who was a great example of excellence at work! We had a 5-star experience with him, especially when we were checking out. He literally carried our bags in a pouring rain while helping us get in the care with an umbrella. Mourad made our day! Thanks a lot

Nice location, metro and RER station are nearby. Also a few bus lines are passing nearby. It is clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Good value for the price.

The neighbourhood is a bit spooky, but it is not so unusual for Paris. The breakfast place is extremely small, and often, you need to wait for the place. Bathrooms could be in better condition.

The staff were very helpful especially the lady on reception when we were checking in. Beds were comfy and it was about 20 minutes walk from the zenith arena. There were plenty of towels and pillows. We had to leave at 06:30 and did manage to get some breakfast before leaving 😁

We couldnt get the aircon to work and there were no instructions - we couldn't get any of the plug sockets to work either so ended up sat in reception to charge our telephones. The area has a few shops and bars but didn't feel very safe when returning from a concert about 11pm.
