Clean, well appointed hotel. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance from the station and very close to the main town square. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to arrange a 2 hour checkout extension for EUR 20. Wonderful view from the small balcony, even though a first floor room. If you arrive by train walk through the park opposite the station to the lifts, avoiding the need to climb the decorative steps if you have heavy luggage.

Really not very much. Room was smaller than at previous 4* hotels we had stayed at. We were disappointed by the quality of the orange juice at breakfast, though the buffet choice was fine, so chose to eat breakfast at a bakery in the town square the following day with freshly squeezed juice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Reina Cristina. My overall impression of the hotel is that it is a well run establishment, and that the staff are experienced and committed to giving you the best experience possible. The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative about my stay. And they were friendly with it. They appreciated that I had learned to speak some Spanish. Between their English and my Spanish, we could make ourselves understood. My room was comfortable and cool (it was hot in Teruel) and I had a nice view from a small balcony. Breakfast was served in the basement restaurant and was very good. Mainly Spanish fare, with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was excellent. From the main entrance I could have thrown a tennis ball into the cultural centre of the town (probably), and the main square was a very short walk. I also had secure parking for my motorcycle, for a very reasonable overnight cost - 5 euros 50 cents. Teruel itself is definitely worth a visit. An interesting place with some spectacular Moorish architecture in a picturesque setting. So, all good.

There were no major problems with my stay, but finding the hotel was a bit difficult. I think this was more to do with my satnav throwing a wobbler than anything else. Lost in Teruel, with its narrow and sometimes steep streets is no fun on a large, heavy motorbike. The entrance to the basement parking needs a little attention. The pavement and the entrance to the car park were a bit worn and uneven, and made getting in and out a bit tricky, along with the fact that the entrance is on a hill. Bikers need to be aware of this.

Primo location just off the stairs that are across from the train station that lead up to the old town. There is an elevator to the left of the stairs which alleviates the need to carry luggage up. Pointless to take a taxi. We got a suite and savored the extra living room. It had small balconies off each room including the bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Someone out to replace the rotating toaster. It squeaks like an old train in the dining room. This is minor.

Charming characterful hotel in unique location

Excellent position, right near the centre of the old town. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Close to where the little tourist train pics up. Would definitely recommend.

Just a small moan. We went for breakfast about half an hour after breakfast started. Asked a waitress if we can sit anywhere and she looked around and said that most of the tables were set ready for lunch. The waiter found us a table quite dirty and full of crockery etc. He cleared away the crockery but left us with a dirty table and no cutlery or anything. Other people coming in after us got a similar problem.

Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I was lucky enough to get a room with a second floor and rooftop terrace, overlooking part of the city and right beside el Torre de San Martín. The room was spotless, and had some nice extra touches. It's the first time I returned to the hotel a little earlier than usual, just to spend more time in the room. A room like this would have been at least three times the price in Ireland. The buffet breakfast had loads of choice and only cost an extra €10. Secure private parking provided excellent peace of mind that my motorcycle was safe.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't have stayed longer.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the beautiful Escalinata, easily accessible to the train station by the stairs or lift. The hotel is on a street leading to one of the great World Heritage Site Mudejar towers in Teruel, and likewise within a short walking distance to the town´s main square. Plenty of restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and shops nearby as well as a small supermarket. Teruel´ is compact enough that you can walk easily to all the main sites, overlooks, etc. Stay at least 2 days to do justice to this historic, interesting city. A one day excursion by car or local taxi (about 40 minutes) to Albarracín is very worthwhile. Albarracín is perhaps even more fascinating than Teruel, but be aware that the streets of the mountainside, historic part are mostly quite steep.

No complaints. Everything worked out well.

the working desk is a bit too narrow to put a laptop, there were instant coffee only in the first day, we have to wait for breakfast to start before having coffee. Also, the main parking garage was full and they sent me to the secondary garage 10 min walking. That garage is very tight to maneuvre.

No kettle in room for 4 star thought they would have , I wudnt eat in the restaurant again,food not the best choices . They don't take dogs over 20 kgs , this was not on the details on booking.com when I booked so I had to message hotel who said I could stay this one time as an exception ..so beware all dog owners of your dogs weight ..👍

Room 100 over the entrance with a view and unexpected mini balcony, VERY friendly and helpful STAFF- all shifts, communication (met requests), we got early check in, LOCATION, great Shower, heated no fog bathroom mirror, Bed, Decent TV- we bought a HDMI cable, Adequate breakfast for 10E we didn't pay in advance for but it was easier than going out and a special set up for children in back, restaurant recommendations by staff member, QUIET, Price. Would definitely stay here again. I read reviews of all the nicer places in Teruel. Easy drive to Albarracin the next day.

Parking concerns before arriving (we didn't even try hotel parking after reading the reviews) we went to Gloria ($ 18.50E cash or attendant for less than 24 hours) and had a nice short walk. Never saw free parking at train station- we tried. A close up map online of the area and how to arrive and parking options would be nice but gps helped. ATTACHED HAIRDRYER for someone 3' tall (front desk lent me a nice one), bathroom counter a bit small. DARK in spite of many lights- lighting is an important thing for me. No heat on (not needed) at this time of year but plenty of blankets. Not dealbreakers and all easily remedied.
