Great location in the centre of old town - building was super modern within an old facade on a quaint little square. Facilities were excellent as was the restaurant and staff friendly and helpful.

Really disappointed there was no secure parking available on site when we arrived (couldn’t be pre-booked even 2 months in advance) which meant we had the option of on street parking away from hotel (no parking in square) or the bus station car park … a real let down considering how good the rest of the hotel was.

Teruel is a small town and I suppose this is the best hotel you can get there. Do not get me wrong the establishment will live up to your expectations as a four star hotel. It is centrally located, rooms are spacious and clean and there are plenty of facilities.

Staff could improve their English. Otherwise you had better practice some Spanish before you go there. There is absolutely zero veggies in the breakfast. I am not a vegan or a vegeterian but having a breakfast only on cold cuts, cheese and eggs is just too heavy. I am sure some customers will appreciate cucumbers and tomatoes.

The large room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of light. Everything worked well and was in perfect shape. Very large and comfortable beds. Location was excellent. Restaurant outside the front of the hotel had a menu with some really tasty things on it, at reasonable prices. Very easy to find the hotel due to the signs.

Restaurant downstairs was a bit expensive for what you got. Food was good though. Parking was very convenient (in a basement accessed by a car elevator), but I hadn't realized until I got the bill that it wasn't free.

The staff were amazing ! So helpful with our arrival and directions to the car park. The rooms were faultless. The best ever bathroom ! Excellent location, right in the centre and very safe and easy to potter around this delightful old town. Don't be put off by the lift car park. It is plenty wide enough for a large Chrysler Voyager Grand and although a bit tight, not an issue negotiating a space, it would be quite ample for an average family sized car. Regarding directions, just get to the Hotel and they will help you with luggage before you take the car round to the garage lift, very close by.

This newly renovated hotel was amazing in the way it maintained the integrity of the old building and keeping some of the original pieces blended with the latest in design and features, including a lift for your car to park in the parking lot. Very cool! There is also a nice area where they show all the renovation and pictures before and after. The location was superb and also quiet in the old town area. Such a pleasant surprise for our first time visit to the city of Teruel. The buffet breakfast was very good and wide range of choices. The hotel offers various types of pillows to help with your sleeping needs. First time seeing this!

The internet does NOT work with Apple products, so that is not a good situation. We tried all the recommendations by the hotel and my husband, who is and IT expert in Apple and networks could not get me logged into my MacBook Air computer. Luckily, I didn't need to really use the device, but the IT company they work with hinders their clients versus supporting the clients needs. We spoke to the management about this and they were very appreciative of our feedback and I am sure will follow-up with their vendor to resolve.

First the convenience of the car park. Easy to access, spacious and secure. Worth the €18 daily charge. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious and very modern. Aesthetically the style of the hotel is very beautiful combining both modern and Mudejar decoration. The breakfast spread was very good, everything delicious. The evening dining room served a very good dinner, but perhaps too generous in size that we couldn’t eat it all.

The hot water in the shower was a bit difficult to adjust, but managed it.

This hotel is fabulous, it is situated in the middle of the old center of town in Teruel, making it the ideal place to start exploring this beautiful old city. The hotel was completely rebuilt from the ground up, maintaining the beautiful old front, and we understand it only opened its doors to the public earlier this year (2022) The hotel is good reachable by car, as it includes an underground parking. My spouse and I left the car there and never needed it during 2 ½ days stay as everything is good reachable on foot, strolling the old center, having some food or a glass of wine in one of the many restaurants and Tapas bars. As always, a hotel is as good as the people working in it, and we had a most pleasant stay from the reception onwards to having a lunch on the terrace outside the bar, having breakfast in a well-equipped breakfast room, or dinner in the dining room.

Beautifully clean and modern hotel, a stones throw from the centre of Teurel, location was great as was the private parking (it had a car lift, what fun!). Our room was modern with a balcony and a bed so big I thought my wife had disappeared lol The bathroom was ultra modern, large and really spotless, well done housekeeping. Walk-in shower and a bath! All in all a great stay with charming helpful staff who were very attentive to our needs and I think well priced for the quality.

We didn't like the breakfast room downstairs that much although they had made great efforts to make it comfortable - it lacked atmosphere and the furniture made it feel a little un-cosy, too modern. A note to the hotel, for €14 pp for breakfast, I would expect proper café con leche, not from a machine and orange juice freshly squeezed, it tasted as it was from a carton. It is Spain and we are residents and for us, that quality is importance with that price so please don't let an otherwise fantastic hotel down with this minor detail.

Best hotel in town, point. Very centraly located, all main sites, restaurants, etc... at your doorstep. New hotel with good size room and bathroom, big smart tv and comfy beds.

if you come by car be aware that there is limited parking at the hotel private carpark and you might need to park elsewhere since you are not allowed to park anywhere in old town center, however it's not difficult to find street parking 5 minutes walking from hotel.
