Great location, right outside Chinatown and near a lot of the central attractions of Yokohama. Walking distance from the marina and the main park on the seaside. Super clean hotel, great attentive staff. Great value for money. Very nice breakfast and open bar in the evening included in the price.

Room size was a bit small for European standards and the ceiling of the bathroom is so low that I almost couldn't shower fully standing (I am 1.9 m, so in Japan is always a challenge with low ceilings)

Came here because I was leaving on a cruise the next day and wanted to be close to the cruise terminal, which is literally at 15 minute walk away or a 4 minute cab ride from the hotel. Couldn't believe that we were located right at the entrance to Chinatown and across the street from a super cool park with turtles and the baseball stadium for the Tokyo Olympics. Arrived earlier than checkout and they welcomed us to park ourselves in their cafe area while we waited for check in time. They held our bags as we sat there drinking coffee, taking an internet break from our sightseeing, and then it was time to check in. When we got to the rooms, they were tiny as you would expect from Japan but we had two rooms so we weren't swimming in people. We both had a beautiful picture window that opened up to a street and it looked like a living painting, both during day and night. The receptionist offered to let us take any of the amenities we needed like deodorant, hairbrushes, etc and they had everything. At each floor there is a station where you can pick up a night gown and a pillow, right next to the beverage vending machine and a pants press. Because of the hotel location, we got to see the night life, roaming around Chinatown enjoying the souvenir shopping, trying some of the food, and soaking in the atmosphere. It shuts down at around 10 and they open the street to traffic, but before that it such a was such a cool way to see Yokohama. In the morning we enjoyed the free breakfast and they don't really have tables for people to congregate at, but they have rows of almost cubicles where you can eat. The buffet is open and the staff is super kind. Every staff member I met in both the lobby and the buffet seemed so welcoming and grateful we were there. They even have an Aibo puppy to pet in the lobby. Will always recommend this place.

Room size, because I'm an American and expect a lot of space around me. However, the small size of the room was also what I was expecting from a Japanese hotel, so I was not disappointed.

Breakfast was great - both Japanese and western offerings. There was plenty of it too. I also liked the free drinks. This was a nice touch, although there were no signs in English. Also, the choice of alternate pillows was helpful, as the one on my bed was too hard.

Signs in English. There were non-Japanese guests, but most of the signage was in Japanese. The hard, heavy pillow on the bed, which I swapped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was very good too. Also, great location.

I had a non-smoking, yet it smelled like cigarette smokes in the evening, maybe from the other room? Also, the plastic pillow is so useless, probably no one uses it and you can get a normal pillow next to elevator in every floor, so why don’t just put normal pillows in every room from the beginning?

The breakfast was brilliant! All those amenities made me excited to choose. I was also happy to have a welcome drink serveice which there is a drink server and you pour yourself though. All the staffs were really nice and helpful.

There was a small bug and a hair was on the floor in the bathroom, which surely didn't make me good. The bathtub was quite small. Still I had a bath but it wasn't super confortable and under the water tap of the tub was dirty. The room itself was small, so you might feel uncomfortable and packed.

Brilliant stay with some of the loveliest staff. The receptionists were so sweet and friendly, they really made my day better. They tried their best to converse a lot with me in English, asking about my trip and my interests and even about my research (which I imagine is probably quite boring to most people except me, so very nice of them to express interest in it!) The breakfast was also really good! Location is fantastic: 5 minute walk from the station, right on the edge of Chinatown, less than 10 minutes from Yamashita Park and the waterfront. If I go back to Yokohama I'll definitely stay in the same hotel. The staff also very kindly stored my luggage too!

nothing - everything was great!

If you want to find a hotel staying overnight then to catch up your flight from Haneda next day, this is the one. The hotel provides free but very good breakfast. The location is great because it is right next to the China town which has a lot of restaurants, most of them open till very late at night. If you arrive by Shinkansen, you can take a subway to the hotel. It is just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. A shuttle bus station is also 10-minutes away by walk which leads to Haneda airport.

We cannot think about anything to complain.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the location is fantastic.

I don't have any major dislikes, but I do have a suggestion regarding the blanket setup. The current blanket is inside a case that's heavier at the end and not as substantial on top, which covers the body. It would be great if the hotel could switch to a standard blanket instead.

Hotel is very clean. We liked the amenities especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the selections. The staff are friendly. We’d like to special mention Maiko in the reception area who was very helpful to us. She was very accommodating & even tried to map out places where to go & see cherry blossoms. She really went out of her way to help us find our way in Yokohama & Tokyo by giving us maps & showing us where to take transportation like trains, taxis etc.

The rooms are small but other than that, we don’t have any complaints.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean and offers a really nice buffet breakfast. The hotel is centrally located to all major attractions and within easy walking distance to the international cruise terminal.

The room was nice but the mattress was way too firm and rather uncomfortable.
