An amazing hotel, in a fantastic location in Yokohama. We joined a cruise a few days after arriving and it is a 5 minute walk to the cruise port. Everything is what you would expect from a high end hotel chain. Very pleased with our stay here. Definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet is good but not a very good service. They won’t bring coffee or clean the plates from your table. Staff at reception is not very familiar with Booking reservations so better if you avoid including breakfast

I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 19 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne. The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat. I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something. I really liked the turn down service I ordered on a couple of nights. It was like having two delightful fairies fly in and get down to business tidy up and replace anything required and fly out . Incredible and wonderful.

I hated the pillows, even after trying a grain wheat variety, a low rise pillow and the soft one provided. None made me comfortable and I had a sore neck and restless sleep. Do not book a room below the 13 th floor if you want a view otherwise you look onto the back of buildings across the street.

Very luxury hotel in Yokohama,I had an amazing stay,my room was the luxe twin room,very spacious and beautifully designed, the view was perfect over the city and harbour,the location is excellent,the staff in the hotel are amazing,very polite and kind,the customer service in this hotel is the best,they upgraded my room after my request ,I was very satisfied with everything,it was my last stop in Japan,and was the best, highly recommend this hotel

The location was great, the staff was kind and exceptional, probably the best staff I’ve ever had in all Japan, the breakfast was delicious and the room felt brand new, it was always clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel in every future trip to Japan from now on. Thank you so much for everything.

This is NOT related to the property, but if you’re looking for a coin laundry they’re a bit far to go walking. Thankfully the hotel staff called us a Taxi every time so it was quite easy to get there.

This is a beautiful hotel. There were 17 of us staying for the night before getting on a cruise ship and we all loved it! The rooms were huge, compared to typical Tokyo hotel rooms, and very comfortable. The hotel lobby was exceptional. It's a short walk to china town, just across the road, and a short stroll to the cruise terminal - ideal if your taking a cruise from Yokohama.

The price of a pint of beer was extortionate. Three beers cost around £45/$55. In the surrounding areas, it would cost around £15/$18. Moral of the story - go and explore for local restaurants and bars, it'll save you a fortune.

The items sold at the gift shop were exciting and unique. The tuna and steak house had very good cuisine. They arranged the bus ride to the Haned airport and it was very convenient and reasonably priced.

We did not get the seats we wanted at the restaurant even if no guests came after us. But they made up for it the next time we went to dinner.

staff were friendly and always willing to help. They helped us forward the luggages and called our next hotel to confirm. The room was spacious. The location was excellent, Lawson just across the road, close to train stations, bus stops and local attractions. The limosine bus from Haneda airport stopped at NHK theatre which is just next to Hyatt.

laundry service is on the expensive side for us but I am sure it would have been worth it for some people.

Room was expetional. Clean, large and modern. Facilities withn the room were good. Fab coffee machine, iron etc. bathroom was large and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing, wth continental, Japanese options.

We waited for our room within the reception area, as check in was at 3pm. We had previously left our lugguage as our flight got in at 7am. Happy with that. What I found that I disliked was an American family and others were allowed to check in early and were allocated their room but we had to wait as we had a cheaper room (reception staff words not mine)

It's lovely. Very comfy bed, huge room, staff are very attentive. The bellhop basically sprinted to our taxi when we arrived and grabbed all our luggage before we even realized what was happening! Great location right by the water and Chinatown, with lots of restaurants, cafes and konbinis nearby. Close to transport. It's fancy and beautiful and a nice treat to stay there!

The bar was very expensive - but that's to be expected at a high-end hotel ;)
