The location is perfect, a few minutes from Tirana main square. We appreciate a lot of the secured locked parking. The room is brand new (good minimalist design) in an excellent state and sparkling clean. The staff is very caring and ready to help anytime. Thank you !

The room was way too (×100) warm (impossible to set up the temperature by ourselves). Our sleep was very much affected by it. We told it to the reception, but we received a response that it was because of the "not so cold weather outside"... not comfy and not ecological. Please fix it.

The hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Tirana, is only 2 months old, at the time of this review. As a guest, you will experience the fresh and energetic atmosphere that all the staff put in its daily work. They are welcoming, friendly, and always with a smile on their face. They really care about the wellness of their guests and do all their best to make the experience superb. Special mention to Arber and Kevin for their availability and kindness. Regarding the rooms, they are well decorated, all the furniture are new and they are super clean. The bed is firm, and you can also choose between two different pillows (hard and soft). Everybody can sleep comfortably. Breakfast is varied, and the chef prepares everyday fresh pancakes and eggs in different ways. Airport shuttle is available for 20 euros. I can highly recommend a stay here.

The lights in the bathroom are a bit annoying because they switch off constanlty while showering since they work with a movement sensor.

Our stay at Central Inn Hotel in Tirana was outstanding. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is perfect for exploring. The staff were exceptional, especially Aubert, who offered us a complimentary taxi ride to the airport, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. The breakfast was a delightful spread of local and international cuisine, starting our days on a high note. We highly recommend Central Inn Hotel for its superb hospitality and convenient location.

The location, just a few minutes from Skanderbeg Square was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety the 5th floor breakfast room had very good views. We had requested a shuttle from the airport and that went very smooth with the driver meeting us just as we came out of arrivals. And the shuttle was complimentary. While driving in, the driver, Kevin, I believe, gave us useful information about Tirana. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was tiny, but that's not unusual for a downtown hotel and we did have enough space to get our things organized for the 5-night stay.

From the moment I’ve entered they knew who I was and greeted me by my name. I felt like a VIP! The hotel is really clean, comfy and smells really good too. We’ve had the best sleep in our bed too! So soft! All staff was very kind bur Arber was the highlight! He was so funny and entertaining that it’s hard to forget him. Also helped us to get a cheap cab to the airport. Hotel itself is very central located and easy to get to. What we also enjoyed very much was the breakfast at the top floor. Delicious food and lots of options. Breakfast manager also very attentive. Thank you all- we will be back! 💛

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. First impression wonderful, met by a friendly, totally exceptional member of staff called Kevin. His warmth and willingness to make your stay one to remember is above and beyond what you would expect. All the staff are genuine, polite and knowledgeable. Flori, Aleska, and Kevin THANK YOU. Great little hotel in an amazing location just off the main square, perfect for exploring Tirana. It has been newly refurbished so everything is brand new, clean, modern and smart. Very comfy beds. The breakfast is served in the rooftop area with great views. Breakfast was lovely, set you up for the day’s exploring. Special thanks though to all the staff, especially the manager, Kevin and Arbër (? Not sure of spelling!) they were fabulous- couldn’t do enough to help you and were very friendly. They arranged shuttles to and from the airport and gave recommendations for what to do with our time in the city. Staff spoke English and assisted with changing money as well as telling us all about Albania. Hubby recommended for a mini break

Location was great. About a minute to currency exchange, mini market, pastry gelato shop. Less to Burger King. About 5 minutes to tradional Albanian restaurants and bazaar. Also 5 minutes to square. Friendly staff and responded to requests. Great breakfast and view from breakfast room on 5th floor.

Room was small. No real shelves. Lacked information on toilet use and key card for electricity. Had a loaded mini bar but emptied on request. I was not used to having to put toilet paper in the bin.

This hotel nails it in Tirana; prime location, sleek design, and brand new. Rooms are 5-star material, complete with top-notch amenities. Breakfast is a daily treat, featuring delicious homemade items. The waiter made sure we tried all of the Albanian items. The staff is on point, taking care of you from airport pickup to drop-off, making everything you need happen. We enjoyed peace in soundproof rooms and great water pressure in showers. The hotel was fully booked and we felt like we were the only ones there. The owner, family, and staff are hands-on, ensuring you have the best stay. Plus, the unbeatable location and incredible value for money make it a no-brainer. Stop scrolling and book. You won't find anything better in Tirana. I like it all. It was great having airport pickup at a reasonable rate, so late at night.
