I liked the design of the room and the attention to detail. Loved the choice of Dove products and their convenient location. The breakfast choices were great and catered to many dietary preferences.

The only thing that could be different is the proximity of the toilet to the shower and that the shower door does not open on the faucet side so you have to get into the shower to turn water on which is very cold for the first minute.

the bed was comfortable and parking was convenient. located close enough to go back into Poughkeepsie for necessities versus having to drive down 9.

This is my second stay in 30 days both times my room key just stopped working! The first time was treated as a one off now it is bothersome as I do sometimes come in later and it’s annoying to be locked out of the building and room and them have to walk to reception to get it reset. Please get to the root of this problem.

Amazingly clean place . Big shower . It was snowing that night and after the management meeting we had to drive back to Maryland. But because of the snow we decided to book a hotel room at this place and we were very very happy.

Difficulty with the key cards operating easily. Multiple tries were needed.

The staff here was beyond helpful in our very stressful first few days here. The facility is very quiet and clean, convenient to the location we needed to be near.

Price was good and lobby area very nice and clean. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown restaurants and Culinary Institute of America (purpose of trip). The staff was very nice. They had a better breakfast than most hotels in the same price point.

The hallway by the back door could have been a bit better (cleanliness), but didn't impact the rest of the good things about the hotel. There was a large group of student athletes there at the time, so they may have been in and out of the back door, which is probably why the corredor wasn't as clean as it could have been.

At first I thought I booked the wrong hotel but to my surprise there was another holiday inn express in poughkeepsie glad I found this one

Wasn't much not to like it was clean new modern comfortable friendly staff when out of there Way To make people happy. Is great breakfast included

We stayed here in 2021 while they were starting renovations. What a nice improvement. Nice looking, clean rooms at a convenient location.

My grandson (who graduated from Culinary Institute) said the breakfast was very good. He got a large plate to go and was extremely satisfied. I can tell you the coffee was also very good.
