Good sized room, clean and organized. It was good to have a private suite for me and my wife, while the kids stayed in a separate section of the room. Nice view to the lake. A lot of options for outdoor activities at the hotel. Convenient shuttle to Mont Tremblant Village.

My room was noisy because of people walking in the hallway wearing ski boots (which happened before 7 AM). One day there was loud music in the bar past 11 PM, which was annoying to hear from my room. Very bad experience with the restaurant.

The room was larger than expected equipped with everything that you could need. Amenities are nice as well. Loved how it was a proper lodge, felt very cozy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It really was an experience with hot coco and cookies being served right as people get off the skill, you can drive or take the hotel shuttle to the village. Bonus was the super cute skating trail. Overall very good experience. Travelled with 10 friends and everyone loved it. Would go back

Loved the lake view, the Lodge vibe. Access to the lake with kayaks, canoe, paddle boards was very nice as well as relaxing along the shore. landscaping was very tasteful and the full moon one the lake was a highlight!

The suite was in need of updating. There were no walking paths right at the hotel, reception suggested paths nearby which were very nice but had to drive to get there. The pool area could use some upgrades as well.

Everything ! The view of the lake and mountains is incredible. The water facitilites are great, the reception area is warm and inviting.

The desciption of the deluxe one bedroom suite on Booking.com could have more detailed about the number of beds in the area ( eg) the one bedroom has a king sized bed, the living room has a pull down double murphy bed and there is a double pull out sofa. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes

The hotel is located in a dream landscape. Apartments with a balcony and lake view are ideal for families with children. A big advantage is the existence of the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

There was nothing that bothered us. The hotel is a bit older and yes, it still has scratches on the walls or older furniture, but because everything is so quiet and beautiful, it doesn't matter.

There are a lot of activities for my kids during our stay. We went for a walk in the woods, we went skating, the hotel has cookies and hot coco in the afternoon available at the lobby . At night the kids played pingpong , watched a movie in a cinema room while the adults spent time by the fireplace. The view ofna lake from our room is just spectacular.

the room is dated. the pull out bed couch is probably from the 90s, the carpet definitely needs cleaning too. The room paint looks very gloomy and just dull overall. Lots of potential for this hotel if they can just take care of these lil things.

Room was good, balcony is huge with a lake view. Convenient location, bike rental place next to hotel. Beach is very nice: shallow and clean entrance. Great for kids. Lots f space for everyone. Fire pit on the beach for evening gathering. Wooden sticks are provided for marshmallows.

Pool and hot tab area is clean but outdated. Elevator was out of service and we lived on the 3rd floor. Hotel should offer free breakfast , but they only say sorry

Super friendly staff, our room was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a great trip. The location was excellent, with the BMT bus stop located right outside. The shared facilities (pool, spa and saunas) are even better than advertised. Highly recommend!

Pool area was in our opinion on the dirty side (facilities around are being renovated but unrelated to cleanliness) and beachside restaurant was closed majority of the summer while online indicates otherwise.

My family loved the pool and outdoor sauna. The 1 bedroom was wonderful. It suited our needs. We also loved the view of the lake and having tea on the terrace.

The kitchen in our 1bedroom suite needed 2 baking bowls for preparing foods like scrambled eggs. Also tongs for preparing dinner would have been helpful.
