The hotel is in a relatively good location, it's nearby the Loreto metro station, which is a good stop to get anywhere you need in Milan. The rooms are small but clean with a big bed - there's everything you need, including hair drier, towels, toilet paper and slippers. My favorite part about this hotel was the owner. She is an absolute pleasure to be around, extremely kind, and always willing to help you - she let us keep our luggage in the hotel after checking out so we would be free to walk around the whole day before our plane ride! 10/10 would highly recommend - side note, the owner has a cute dog too. 😀

Very clean room. Good location close to metro and the central station, easy to find. A small cozy balcony with a garden view. Ideal for a short stay. A free bottle of water in fridge is always a plus. Comfortable bed.

My room was very small, however, the bathroom was quite big in comparison with a small room. A price was a bit too much for 1 night stay but this was connected also to the special weekend price in Milan (formula1, Inter football match, giovanotti concert). A breakfast location could be better organized, only 2 plastic tables outside.

The room has a good location. It`s good for short stay, breakfast is good(depends on value). The staff has kindly behavior.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Freshly renovated . Clean balcony cleaN toilet.

On booking.com it was mentioned that room is equipped with airco and it is an air conditioning room, for which I paid 99 euros for 1 night. After reaching hotel I got to know, rooms are equipped with airco but this aircos are stopped . They will start airco only in August when there will be extreme hot temperature. I complained about it and staff said " complain to booking.com" . Breakfast was also very limited and over burnt coffee. In the end whike checkout i asked for invoice and lady said invoice you will get from booking.com. makes no sense but she did not know English language so I did not bother much to argue. Room without airco 99 euros is insane.

I didn't like the that the receptionist she didn't let my brother to get to the room to get change and use the toilet as the room was booked for 1 person and my brother he was there just for show me Milan and have a dinner before to get back home.
