Close to metro and central train station, very clean and great value for the money. Staff was friendly and available.

A but loud

The best impression was made by the staff who were always very kind and welcoming! The rooms were very clean, always when we came back they were made up and smelled nice. The location is very convenient, next to the metro and quite close to the center. The area is quiet and safe, as it is an area with students and by extension it has mini markets, bakeries and bars nearby.

I've travelled 5 countries and around 10 cities in 20 days with my collegue and both he and I literally LOVED this hotel the most. The staff was very nice and understanding and super helpful about anything you need and ask for. Especially the lady who is the owner as well, was quite interested, open-minded and extremly polite, even after we checked out and needed to come back to figure a few problems! The room as well was in a perfect condition and definitely worth the prices they offer. We've liked this hotel and it's staff so much that we started to compare the other hostels/hotels according to this one's standarts! I'd like to thank again to the amazing owner and the staff of the hotel. "Hotel 26" will be our favourite hotel for a long time! :D

Heating could be slightly better. But it wasn't that much of a problem. There are enough blankets in the room.

Super friendly staff, gave us many directions and recommendations about the city. Place is convenient for short stays.

Concidering this is a 2 star hotel, everything was immaculate. Cleanliness was at 5 star level. The staff was very polite and friendly. My room was on the courtyard side of the hotel and it was peaceful and quiet even tho there was literally road reconstruction right in front of the hotel two nights in a row. Metro lines 1 and 2 are within 3 minutes of walk from the hotel, so connection to main city attractions is fast and easy. If you're travelling on a budget this hotel is higly recommended.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, good location, one thing I didn't like is that they don't change the towels every day. (I hope they will consider changing this service). Thanks to the host, for your attention, I recommend it. It is also financially acceptable.

- very good location, close to the metro and 15 min walking distance from the central train station - extremely polite and helpful staff (we stayed there for only one night, but they allowed us to leave or luggage until late the next day) - good bed, AC unit and clean bathroom It's not a luxurious or modern hotel by any means, but it was a great value for the price.

The twin room was bigger than I expected and overall clean. We were pleasantly surprised that we had also a terrace (but did not actually use it since we were mostly exploring the city). bathroom was clean and the shower normal size. Location was just a few blocks (about 5 minutes walk) from the nearest metro stop so it was really convenient for transport. The staff was welcoming and gave advice for sightseeing etc. For breakfast I recommend the Italian bakery in the corner of Piazza Francesco Durante.

The coffee machine on the first floor was broken during our visit in May 2023, but there are at least 3 or 4 cafe´s in the nearest blocks. Be prepared for loud neighbours in the next rooms (bring with you ear plugs if you wish for quiet night). There is absolutely no sound proofing, we could hear everything from the next room and also from the hallway.

The staff was so helpful. They give us all the information about the hotel and recommended things to do in the neighborhood. They served us sodas, sweets, and chips after we checked in. There was someone in the lobby for 24 hours, which was good. The hotel was close to the metro, it only took 5 minutes for us to get to the metro. Our room had a little terrace. We enjoyed sitting there, the view was good. They also let us check out late. They offered us water at every chance, it was nice. Also, the staff was speaking English very well.

One of our beds was creaking, luckily our room had a spare bed. I can't say all of the beds were comfortable but were okay. The bathroom door wasn't closing entirely. I wake up to a sound at night. Couldn't quite understand what the sound was. But we just stayed there for a night, I don't know if that was a one-time thing or not.
