This hotel is a hidden gem for the location. Great pool, hot tub, and work out area. Complimentary coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Free breakfast is always a win win especially when traveling with kids, the options are great definitely something for everyone.

This is in no way the hotels fault or issue, just unfortunate for their location.. the old hotel directly next to this property is used as state housing and there are people hanging outside all hours of the day. Possibly homeless people. It is fenced off from the hotel property and we didn't notice any issues, cars were safe all night. They seem to mind their business and keep to themselves.

The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the property seemed well maintained. My son and I were also impressed with the breakfast, make your own waffles is always a hit.

When we pulled up it was about 8:30PM and the Comfort Inn next door had numerous people sitting outside in the parking lot right next door to the parking lot. Some were having a meeting with the person in the center wearing a strange hat on their head and seemed like they were not quite all there. Of course the hotel has no control over this, but definitely impacted us when we pulled in.

Manager on duty training a new employee was very friendly to me and supportive to the new employee. The breakfast included in room cost was good, however could use a slight add. Hotel under exterior work, but no impact to a stay.

Breakfast options. Also when booking thru a 3rd party app, when selecting travel for work and pleasure seems to change things as I stayed at a few places in the area for work. Their site appears to be promoting something with this question.

Diane, at the desk, was welcoming and friendly, and happily got us into our room for an early check-in. Good first impression. Rooms were very clean and the bedding quite comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We didn’t like the homeless shelter next door, but that really didn’t impact our stay. That property was messy and seemed out of place. I thought we would be within walking distance of downtown, but it really wasn’t .

The people working there were so friendly and helpful to me. I was there for a funeral and they were very supportive and helpful. Whenever I came or went, I was able to get help carrying or moving my stuff.

I am handicapped and needed an accessible room. Unfortunately, the bathroom tub's floor was too slick, and the model bath-chair they had did not work correctly.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautifully clean, the breakfast was very good and check in and check out process was easy.

The hotel was a bit pricey, and some facilities were closed due to renovations, which was not previously relayed before our stay.

There was a feeling of graciousness, hospitality and ease staying there. I felt really comfortable and surprised at how welcoming and generosity it felt. The breakfast was also really varied and abundant. I definitely am a fan and will stay there again.

The location because of not much of establishments in the area and the ones there all closed at an early time. Also the lobby and area where breakfast was served was being renovated with new sheetrock and there was alot of dust from the sanding done on the walls .

The front desk was awesome and very knowledgeable and very helpful and I really enjoyed the service!

Was looking forward enjoying a cool dip in the pool! But was doing construction on it!

Heather Duke the MOD was great. She was there at check in and when I asked her to have rooms close together she was very kind and made sure we were next to each other. Upon check out early in morning she was there again with a kind smile. Thank you for the excellent service Heather
