The small garden makes the difference; the room was furnished enough and everything was cleaned. A lot of space in the room was appreciated! Employees helped us in finding restaurants and bar open to have dinner and the extraction of one more night was possible and easy to do. Very appreciated!

It was impossible to pay by transfer because they didn’t know the SWIFT code of their bank (A SWIFT code is an international bank code that identifies particular banks worldwide). Is good for them to know if they want to receive international transfers.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a charming "patio garden". The room for 4 was very large for Mexican standards, with spatious beds. There are many showers. The location is great, walking distance to the centre and near to the colectivos to Cholula or to the main bus station. There is a kitchen with a fridge where you can cook.

It would be nice to have a piece of furniture where you can put or hang your things - a chair or table, some shelves, anything.

My room was upstairs and quiet. The hot water in the shower was good in the evening and morning. The shared kitchen had drinking water. The bed was comfortable but simple. I enjoyed my stay. Hugo was the most friendly staff member and very helpful. The maps given to guest were also helpful. I did not stay in the dorm rooms but they were very nice.

The stairwell to the two rooms upstairs are not for the faint of heart. I did not mind but the stairs are steep and may cause some people issues. On the other hand that helps with privacy upstairs so all good in my book.

Location is great, just on the edge of town but far enough to be quiet. We stayed in the double room and we think it was fairly new, as the room opposite was still under construction. It could maybe do with a bit more finishing off, but was comfortable, spacious, well ventilated. The shower was grand. Staff were helpful, and the common areas are very nice and clean, as was the room itself.

No air conditioning. The stairs up to the room were exciting, definitely not disability friendly but nothing challenging.

Quiet and large private room with private bath. Excellent staff, Allison and Miguel were friendly and very helpful. Excellent location. Kitchen and filtered water available. Keep in mind that this is primarily a youth hostel.

The room we had could be greatly improved with the addition of a small table and light, a shelf for clothes and a mounted bar for hanging clothes, and a small shelf in the bathroom.

Of course the staff are very nice 😊 I was lucky that I was alone in my room by chance 🍀 Each bed had a power supply 👍

On the booking site, it was written “with breakfast”, but it wasn’t, they told me that was depends on the season. The kitchen items were quite old (often like that in a hostel in Mexico) a pot pan was too old so when I just boiled some water it got dark… the Teflon burned fell off so it’s not healthy.

Staff were excellent. Alejandro and Alison are both great guys and more than happy to provide recommendations for local places to visit. They could not have been nicer. Location is central. The common area is nice and the facilities are clean.

The accommodation is basic and the mattress could be better but in fairness the price is very good.

The WiFi doesn't work good, it was very cold in the rooms and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There wasn't enough water in the kitchen to even wash the dishes.

a lot of ppl here mention kitchen-I personally saw the staff ‘deep clean’ the kitchen, but only once in my 4 days there. it is a good kitchen, but really needs to be wiped everyday. the staff would often sit together in the kitchen chatting , instead of cleaning up. there was no key given for the rooms, and the gate at night was locked, so those who returned late woke everyone up by banging on the door. That really was not ok.

Central location, but still quiet. Good value for money if you don't mind that it is cold in the room in the evenings, so you need to hide under the blanket and choose to have a shower in the morning instead.

Weak WiFi (because the antennas of the access points are facing the ground and the devices themselves are hidden very low in the bushes). Warm water in the showers is 7-11am and 7-11pm only, and all the time the showers are dirty/clogged. The kitchen is relatively good equipped, but also dirty and very old-fashioned if you want to make something more than just warming up pizza in the microwave.
