The staff went above and beyond to have breakfast ready earlier than usual so our girls could eat before their games
Bathroom light was automated and went off too fast but I never had a chance to notify anyone so it is not their fault because I’m sure they would’ve fixed it …they were great!

Paper cups! This is not the only place that serves beverages in paper cups but I hate drinking out of paper cups as if I were at the railway station! Restaurant was a bit mediocre but everything else was very good

Friendly staff. Did not realize there was a kitchen so that was a very nice plus. Even though no dining options I did appreciate the 24 hr food options. Breakfast was a big plus.

The room, the breakfast and especially the staff are all wonderful everytime we stay here or the adjoining Springhill Suites. Definitely our go to in San jose, hands down!

property was very nice and clean.
that we would need to pay for parking. im paying to stay at your hotel and parking should be included. it seems they are taking advantage of the area since there is nowhere else to park.

The breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly and I thought the facility was very clean. I requested extra trash bags, a vacuum and razors. These all came to me free of charge and by friendly staff members.
I did not like that parking was and extra $15 per night and I don't remember that being stated in my booking. Also, I've stayed at other similar properties and was able to cast to my TV from my devices. Boring choices on the television with no streaming options when I was trying to relax in the evening.
